Before I contacted Brian Weinstein at Lazydays RV in St. George Utah, we had been looking at Gulfstream Vintage Cruisers for about 6 or 7 years and finally the right came up and we jumped on it. We had previously had some bad experiences with RV salesmen, and I communicated that with Brian. Brian we very concerned with our previous experiences and re-assured us that he would do his best to get us the best deal that he could get us. We had a very pleasant buying experience at Lazydays in St. George. We were treated with respect and compassion buy everyone there from Brian, our salesman, to Travis, who I think is the General Manager, to Tylar and Candy, these two walked us thru the inspection and answered all our questions and were in no hurry. We even brought our dog Larry into the dealership and everyone just loved him.
We live in Tucson, AZ and Lazydays was a 525 miles trip for us, so we put almost 1100 miles on our truck to get what we really wanted. After picking up the camper and leaving the dealership we travel down to the Kaibab National Forest and spent the night at Jacob lake campground. Later that afternoon we started moving into our Cruiser and my wife Peg noted that the travel trailer had not been used much, mind you that the cruiser is a 2020 and in excellent condition, everything works, and I mean EVERYTHING! Nothing is worn out or beginning to wear out. We are totally amazed at what we got and blessed to have it. Thank you Lazydays in St. George Utah for being a huge part of making our dream come true !!!. Please give these kind folks a chance to earn your business!

this was my second RV purchase and it was night and day in how the process went. first time was not good at all with another rv dealer. this time with Lazydays it was fantastic! from the sales team to finance to the techs that did my walk through everyone was so knowledgeable and kind and there was no pressure anywhere to go bigger or buy more. highly recommend this place and this team if you want a great RV or travel trailer purchase experience

We had a great time working with Travis and the whole team! We’ve been shopping for a camper for about 2 years now. During that time we visited Lazy Days multiple times and never felt pressured into purchasing. They were friendly every time we went to check out the inventory. We finally signed on our dream unit today and were blown away by the hospitality and general professionalism of the team. Highly highly recommend!

They stayed they're a little longer so they could winterized my 35ft solar 304 rkd trailer cause it was snowing were I live .it was - 3 they did a great job and found my rod needed to be replaced. They charged for winterizing at good price and said merry Christmas for the rod.i don't expect them to do that all the time my circumstances was trying to get home and very stressed out just got layed off from my job in vegas from miss management from baker electric from local 11 anybody in lu 357 knows how we were treated they called a meeting in the morning on December 19th said not to worry were going to be there on the job till February or March then they laid off 20 of us on December 21st anyway these guys went far beyond customer service thanks guys so much sorry it took so long for my review God bless you both

Formerly they were RVZZ and they had good stars. Makes sense why they changed hands before their complaints started coming through . I reached out because my not even a year old trailer that I purchased from rvzz is falling apart and has only been used a couple of times. They proceeded to tell me “because they don’t sell them anymore , that they could not help me.” They tried looking to see if there was another dealership, nothing ….. The gentleman that I was speaking with stated to his manager that when another person called him about an issue with their travel trailer he couldn’t find anyone.Well It was the same make of our trailer . Don’t buy a trailer here! Same employees different name.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my first travel trailer from my local Lazy Days and my experience was a breeze. Marty (my salesperson) was very helpful getting me into the perfect Flagstaff fifth wheel. He even went out of his way after purchase when we ran into an issue with getting into the trailer at home! The problem has been resolved. Cindy (financing) made purchasing simple and I was able to understand the whole thing, which I was worried all the paperwork that comes with that part would be intimidating. She walked me through all of it and answered all my questions. Tyler (service department) did a great job walking me through my trailer, ensuring I now know how to use everything! I feel confident I can rely on Lazy Days for all my trailer needs in the future. Thanks, guys!

If you want to be treated with care, professionalism and respect this is the place!! Terry (our salesman) was so attentive to what we needed, that in less that 10 mins he had already pointed us to the only models that fit what we wanted and after giving a brief explanation of the RV, he let us look around without being our shadow like most salesman usually do. Besides our amazing salesman, we had an amazing RV tech - Tyler, who showed us how to work our new RV and made sure to fix any problems we saw quickly and thoroughly!! And finally the great store manger Ethan, who actually made everything happen!! He made sure we had all the paperwork and documents ready, and most of all, any worries or problems he told us to call him directly, and believe me… we called a lot!! Finally, once we were hooking up to our truck, we had issues, and instead of leaving us to deal for ourselves as the store had already closed. They ALL stayed way over time and made sure we were good to travel!
So I guess my point is, they won’t treat you like a customer, they’ll treat you like family!

This is a nice RV store to deal with! All the staff are knowledgeable and ready to help. I bought a nice new travel trailer there at a very attractive price. Full instructions on how to use this trailer were provided as well. Thank you!

I recently had work done on my generator. It required a new carburetor. In the process, the customer attendant said that the shop found that the air conditioner was faulty and I approved a new AC. When I went in to pick up the coach and pay, he told me that a diagnostic error had been made on the AC and a new one was not installed. It saved me quite a lot of money. He did not have to do that. They could have installed the new AC and I would not have known the difference. They do good work and I appreciate that but most of all I appreciate the honesty. I will be taking my RV to Lazydays RV: St. George for as long as I have it.
