I had them do a quote to paint 4 brand new fender flares. no removal or installation. just paint them. Thats it. $2000.00 is what they wanted. Hilarious, that was 3X what 2 other shops quoted. If you're looking for good price. I would stay far away......

Kaden was amazing and so accommodating. I got in a pretty bad fender bender the weekend before going in, and he ran way more diagnostics on my vehicle than I even requested. They got the parts and work done in record time, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again in the future when I need more work!!

Mixed bag. The body work was done very well and I appreciated that my car was vacuumed when I picked it up. However, the final cost was over the estimate and I was told that after I paid the difference that I should be reimbursed for about half of the extra cost when it was all worked out with the insurance. Well, after 2 phone calls and waiting patiently without a return call for over a month I will not be making the same mistake twice.

This review is for the st George location.I Have so many bad things to say about red rock Collision repair. They are very unprofessional. We had them work on our semi. They did not do what was in the quote. They did a terrible job of putting our semi back together nothing was right, nothing was align. They had left vice gribs on the airbags to keep them from leaking. There was runs in our pant. And our door wouldn’t even shut when we got the truck back. They left there tools and parts left in our truck. Not only did they not do what they said they where going to but still charged us for overage hours of labor, they charged us for overage of parts. This is terrible business and I do not recommend doing any business with these unprofessional scammers.

Got rear ended and needed my vehicle fixed, when the insurance company didn't want to budge and help Curtis gave them a call and got everything sorted out for me and got my car fixed within a week.! They made it less stressful, and the woman at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart but I didn't get her name.

Thank you to Red Rock Collision, Bavarian Werkstatte and Geico. My car looks brand new and is driving great! Red Rock Collision did great work! The customer service was very good. They dealt with the insurance company several times as things continued coming up that were not listed on the initial estimate. The body work was fantastic. I kept having problems with the sensors and electrical. They sent me to Bavarian Werkstatte. They are my local mechanic and do fantastic work as well! Bavarian was applied the finishing touches. This was a long and annoying process, but I am appreciative of Red Rock Collision, Bavarian Werkstatte and Geico for their diligence and workmanship.

Full transmission replacement, along with the axles due to boots that had torn and had sprayed greasy goop everywhere. the job was flawless. Other than a different transmission and new axles the vehicle seems untouched. Perfect. Thank you to Mike the man in charge, an whomever also worked on it.

This place has gone down hill big time in the past two years. The mechanic side specifically! I've been waiting on a returned phone call back from Mike Keetch for 5 days now. I've physically gone in Friday & also called one other occasion. The mechanic side has become scam artists & huge rip offs which now is costing me $1500 after my truck broke down on the way home from a $180 oil change from them. I didn't even make it home & they refused to look at it! Mind you, I've spent over $5,000 there just in this past couple months alone!!!! I've sent so many customers to them & they messed with the wrong person now!!! I will scream from the roof tops about this place now! Scam artists big time! Stay away!!!! Update*** the suspension work that was done is STILL not right. Wright automotive confirmed it. My suspension shouldn't be snap crackle & popping just backing up or tuning. If you guys wanted to fix it so bad then why did you return a phone call back when we called 5+ times? Then Mike Keetch said he had nothing to do with it even though he is the one on the business license. I put in an complaint with BBB & you guys never called them back now either so a claim was opened & now you have negative feedback with BBB! If you guys were so willing to fix your screw ups then why is nothing fixed still 8+ months later you want to comment on here? Quit playing. You guys need to give me my money back so I can go get my suspension fixed with Wright automotive I don't care if you call them & have them give you an estimate then pay them directly but what you guys did was DIRTY! Mike the mechanic knew he did me dirty too that's why no one wants to call back. If you want to say you're willing to help so much let's put the facts out on the line here!!!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mike (owner), in my opinion, went above and beyond to help me when my dumbass friend wrecked my car. I just picked it up today and I love it!! I didn't realize how much I had become attached to my car after only 3 months. I really appreciate all they did and how great their customer service is!!!
