I had a rear bearing go out while on vacation in St. George and we ended up replacing the entire rear axle assembly. The owners daughter who works the front desk was nice and helpful. The owner was not.
When we picked up the van the spare tire, which had to be removed to swap the rear axle, way laying inside of the van together with all of the spare tire tools and Jack scattered throughout the van. The owner was so gruff. I didn’t wanna go back in and deal with it, so I just took pictures of it in disbelief. It was just a mess.
We immediately drove back up to Salt Lake and I I tried to put the spare tire back under the car through winding up the hoist, and nothing was moving. I took it in to Point S Tire and they told me that whoever worked it, and removed the tire completely stripped out the gears inside of the hoist.
Also, the rear stabilizer bar was not installed correctly and was just hanging down. I paid more money to fix the damage that Red Rock garage did.
Avoid this place .

I have use Redrock Garage for over 12 years for both tire work and mechanical maintenance both on my private vehicle and 18 wheeler. They are very perfessioal and well knowledgeable in what they do and would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right and to their satisfaction. .

I am from Las Vegas, Nevada going to my family reunion in Idaho. On the way there I noticed my car had a check engine light that came on. Stop at Red Rock Garage in St. George, Utah around 1:30 pm, which a guy name Jerroel helped me. He said my oil sensor wasn't working and there were no oil in my car. Stayed there for at least three hours, he did an amazing job working on my car, ordered the part and stayed an extra hour working on my car. They closed at 5:00 pm and was there to 6:00 pm. Dennis was also there and I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond their service and professionalism. Also, I thought my car bill was going to be at least $500.00 and I was only charged less than $200.00. I definitely recommend going to them.David P.

I had an amazing experience today with the team at Red Rock Garage. I took my Motorhome in expecting an issue with my alternator or batteries as I had some issues with it not starting off and on. Today they called and said it wasn't either and it was just some loose cables. They were so honest. They could have replaced those items and charged me for it but they didn't need to and got it all ready to go. So amazing as I wouldn't have known if they took advantage of me. They didn't. Honest and amazing business. Thank you Red Rock Garage. Brian Young

Dropped my truck off for a week told the mechanic what I believed the problem was he ordered parts that cost more than double what they should have without calling and authorizing with me put them in told me the truck was fixed I paid them drove away truck was not fixed same issue occurring shop refused to put old parts back in and refund price for parts only. Owner started screaming at me on the phone and hung up on me. Unprofessional, slow and uneducated.

The only change took way longer than it should have. The brake repai was fast. The biggest issue was when I brought the truck in to have a leak fixed on a liftgate, the owner told me they couldn't find it. He only saw a little seepage. I took the truck back got pictures of the leak, which was spraying out hydraulic fluid. And brought it back to him. Then the owner gets this really big attitude and was all "yeah, I told you I couldn't fix it, I know where the leak is!. He's a lier and has no people skills or customer service. Don't recommend this place.Services: Oil change

Took pickup in because the driver complained about very low power, these guys had it for three days and could not find any problem. We picked it up expecting a bill and they said no charge Great service and fair will probably be taking our fleet of 15 vehicles to them for maintenance.
