She is an excellent example of the kind of Realtor everyone wants.She is very knowledgeable in all aspects, from finding just the right location, the right home, and the right price. She does her homework and keeps you updated with her findings. She talks to just the right people, and really goes to bat for you. Things we would have never thought of on our own, she had included in the reduced price of the home! So I just have to say that I know a lot of fine realtors here in southern Utah however when it comes down to top notch personalized service Peggy Pettus Cole is hands down the very best!I met Peggy a couple years ago when my Dad wanted to move from the north pole (Hyrum, UT) to sunny St George ? Now if you know my Dad he is a tough character and not easy to please. Peggy was charming, informative and PATIENT as we looked at some great places. Ultimately my Dad decided to stay in the frigid snow drifts of Cache Valley however Peggy was professional, left the door open for the future and offered her services if he changed his mind.Fast forward to Fall 2021...my Mom decided to make the big move from northern Arizona to St George and Peggy was the very first person I called. It was hard for my Mom to leave the home and community that she loved, she was hesitant. Peggy guided my Mom through the home buying process which was much different than 30 years ago when she purchesed our family home. AGAIN Peggy was PATIENT and kind and helpful and skilled. She made the buying process smooth.Long story short my Mom (@Marilyn Cox) has her new retirement home here in St George and she LOVES it!!!If you want personal service from a knowledgeable professional whobreally knows her stuff give Ms. Peggy Cole a call.Fun fact - we were introduced through my childhood friend/classmates Jason (Peggy is his aunt) and boy do I feel lucky to have such an amazing friend in the real-estate business ?Some day when I am ready to commit (I have commitment issues) to a home in southern Utah I will be calling Peggy first ?
