Adam has helped twice in a meltdown situation. I would say I was the one melting down. Not my computer. I thought I had been hacked. He could have charged me a ton of money, but he didn’t. But I would have paid it if he said to because I was desperate. He fixed my computer within a couple of hours. The second incident was after hours. I called the after hours service and he answered! He guided me through the scammers fake virus notice and didn’t even charge me. I am very appreciative of their honesty and availability.

I had a locked up computer and they had it fixed and back to me while I waited. Very efficient and fast. I have had my other computer fixed by them as well. Needed new RAM and a power supply. Turn around was quicker than I expected and the price was good. They have great service and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been lied to. I was promised a house call. After a no-show, I was told they do not make house calls. I was told they could not transfer my information to a new computer. That is not what I asked for. I have been hung up on. And again lied to, again and again. I have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard, as if I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. Not so!
I do know a thing or two about computers, though they won't give me any credit for it. The stupidity lies with PC innovations, not me. After all of the fuss, they never even tried to make things right. That's a poor business model to follow. Adam should be fired. I would like to swear a string a strong words but I am too much of a lady. You have been warned.! Stay away from PC innovations! They don't listen to you, so it is doubtful you'll ever get what you ask for. Save yourself some grief.

Great service from knowledgeable guys! My husband and I have used PCIC 6-8 times over several years and they have performed tune ups, helped fix bugs and severe hacking issues. We trust them implicitly!

I cannot say enough about Adam and Kevin at PC Innovation Computers!I took my laptop to PC Innovation Computers and spoke to Adam what I was experiencing with my laptop. He said it sounded like a hard drive problem and that he would look into it and get back to me. He contacted me the next day and confirmed that it was the hard drive and that he went ahead and replaced it with another and improved hard drive but detected the mother board was failing. He didn’t think it would be worth it for me to invest more money since it was a 5 year old laptop.I purchased a new laptop from Costco and took it to Adam to transfer all my files, my personal folders in Outlook, all the required software, and whatever else needed to be done for me to be able to use it when I took it home. Between Adam and Kevin I was able to have a functional laptop once again!The care and the time that was invested by Adam and Kevin went above and beyond, and I will not be going anywhere else with any future related computer issues. They have won my trust, my confidence in their expertise, knowledge and integrity.I highly recommend them and I would give them more than a five stars review if I could.

After having an on staff IT person for many years, at my company in SLC, I was a bit apprehensive when confronted with a need for someone to help, after I moved 300 miles away and my system totally died. Well, I can say these guys were OUTSTANDING in every way. Service, attention to detail, options and free local home care made my experience very gratifying. Would recommend them to my buisness associates and friends. Thanks for the good work!

I only have one experience with them but they were great! They thought I had a virus in my laptop, and said they would need it for a day or two and it would cost between $100 and $200. I hated to be without my laptop and spend that much money on it, but I had no choice. Two hours after I dropped it off, they called and said it was an issue with the touchscreen. No virus. One hour labor charge: $62. And they cleaned the hard drive and loaded a couple of updates. Great service. Very competent and honest.

Great service. I am not tech savvy. They walk me through whatever questions I've had; I've gone there for the past couple of years. Today, I needed help with GoPro videos I take while biking. They identified the problems I was having and provided great direction and advice. I highly recommend them.

Kevin and his team are amazing. They fixed up my laptop in record time and my laptop is working beautifully! Basically brand new! Everything that I had told them to fix they fixed! I’m so so happy I came across them and will plan on using them for any PC issue I have from now on. Geek Squad who? PC Innovations are your guys! They are priced great and they do quality work. You won’t regret coming here. I highly recommend them! If you have PC issues, don’t think twice about calling them, just call them!
