Steer clear - as a president of an HOA formerly managed by Paul Properties, they truly did a terrible job, especially the last few years of service.
Go to your annual meetings, talk to your board members, and recommend switching companies, they're not worth a dime.
I didn't realize how awful they were until we got a new management company, Utah 1st, who has been doing things as simple as asking for invoices to be approved, and sending regular financials (without even having to ask!) These guys up your management fees without even disclosing it, and claim you're in a contact nobody signed!

Dealt with Paul properties for almost 5 years and have nothing good to say about them. Increase in monthly payments as well as extra one time payments occurred far too often with NOTHING to show for it. Nothing was ever fixed and calls to the office were regularly ignored and calls unreturned. Paul properties let our community of condos drift into a dirty, neglected, and broken mess. Rudy Odorizzi in particular constantly ignored my calls as well as those of other owners and would routinely lie about use of funds, property repairs and updates. When challenged, he threatened lawsuits against property owners. I WILL NEVER associate myself with Paul Properties ever again and would advise others to avoid the company as well.

I would give zero stars...but more effective to state what another customer wrote..."Dealing with the HOA board has always sucked but having to call/email Paul Properties to get to the board makes me want to pull my hair out. The ladies at the office are incompetent and extremely rude lately. Basically just an answering service with no answers to any of your questions."

Something weird is going on. They finally fixed a bill we dint even owe. Strange. Haven't had any problems recently though and this company is better than the precious HOA. HOA’s aren't usually the best at anything in general, but Ill give them 3 stars for now and 4 if they can improve.
They did fix our stairs that the other HOA neglected for a whole year. False bills and a letter from a debt collector. Never thought I’d see a false bill like that. Really unproffessional for that to happen, but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. 3 stars for now.

This company is SHADY. We mail them our HOA check monthly and it isn’t applied until I call them, every month. And sometimes I’m told they don’t know when it will be applied. And they refuse to give me contact info for my HOA board members, saying all emails have to go through them. That’s fine, but pass the emails on to the board members, who the emails are addressed to. They won’t even do that. I’ve lived in several HOA communities and they are BY FAR the most unprofessional and dishonest I’ve ever worked with.
