Troy was so wonderful! So communicative, amazing prices, great response time, professional, and kind. He picked up a couch I bought on Facebook marketplace and helped deliver it to my apartment. He made the process so seamless, I can’t recommend him enough. Will be using him again and recommending him to anyone who needs help moving!

Pack Rats was great to work with. Communication was great and he was very responsive. I was coming from 4 hours away and they worked with me on the timing. The two man crew worked quickly and didn't slack off at all. I would totally recommend pack Rats to anyone.

I hired Troy to move the large items (tv stands, couch, dressers, bed frames) out of my apartment and into a storage unit. Troy was punctual, professional and polite. Troy and Evan took care of everything, loading up the uhaul and ensuring everything fit into the storage as neatly and safely as possible! If I ever move again, Troy will be who I call

I was referred to Pack Rats (Troy) by a flooring company to help move my furniture in/out of rooms as every floor was replaced. Troy was efficient, professional, responsive, and patient in the face of project delays that affected his schedule. He and his team also removed their shoes at my request to protect the new floors. ??

Troy unloaded my U-haul cargo van. He was very professional, efficient, and careful with my possessions. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. He arrived on time and finished the work quickly. I highly recommend him for loadi ng/unloading jobs.

Troy the owner just helped me and my wife pack up our U-Haul earlier today in under two hours! He was fast, efficient, and very personable. Troy organized the truck better than I could have done even if I had spent all day planning. They were able to help me move on such short notice! They were quick, professional, efficient, and had such amazing rates. Troy even went through the trouble to get the U-Haul accessory needed to move my furniture on his own. I highly recommend him and his crew!

Troy moved 2 of my friends and there are nothing but good things to say about him and his crew. His rates were affordable and he works with you and your schedule. He was able to move one of my friends with notice just the day before and even helped out with renting a trailer because we couldn't get a U-Haul. I would highly recommend going to Troy with your moving needs!

Pack Rats did a fantastic job helping us move into our apartment. They went above and beyond and got the job done quickly, but carefully.
