Troy was so wonderful! So communicative, amazing prices, great response time, professional, and kind. He picked up a couch I bought on Facebook marketplace and helped deliver it to my apartment. Troy was a professional all the way thru. We talked well before the day of my delivery and then he kept me updated while he was on his way. Was very personable, fast and careful!! Highly Recommend

Pack Rats was great to work with. Communication was great and he was very responsive. I was coming from 4 hours away and they worked with me on the timing. The two man crew worked quickly and didn't slack off at all. I would totally recommend pack Rats to anyone.
