Horrible customer service! I arrived with my mother and niece and told the male receptionist that i wanted a "full face" and signed the sign-in sheet stating that i wanted a "full face". The male receptionist said it would be 30 mins. The 3 of us sat down and waited. Another customer and her mother came in and signed in. When it was my turn, the female threader who was going to work on me said she could only do my eyebrows. I told her that i signed up for a "full face" and looked at the male receptionist. He said he thought i said eyebrows only. The female threader said she only had time to do my eyebrows. I was livid! My first experience at a threading company in St George (visiting for my uncle's funeral that weekend) and what a bad one it was! I have NEVER been treated like that (told that they cannot do what i asked for (full face) after i was clear about it and signed in with the type of service i wanted). Like i said, this was Horrible customer service!

I wanted to leave a positive review for the threading which was done well but they have also died my eyebrows with Hannah but they made me pay 25 for that and there is no trace of that remaining after 1 week while they have told me it would last at least 4 weeks

I’m very skeptical on where I go to get my eyebrows done. When I first moved out here I was so nervous but Noor’s did such a great job that I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years. There’s a new team that works on doing eyebrow threading but she does such a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend going here and I will keep booking my appointments with them.

Mary and Mason are always fantastic. Mary does wonderful eyebrow threading, very consistent work and beautiful! I don't go to anyone else except her. Clean, calm and wonderful work! I used to hate the process of threading, but Mary has changed my perspective. Also, thank you for always being so welcoming Mason.

Mary is the best! I was traveling from Arizona and needed to get full face threading and my eyebrows threaded , I was so happy to find Noor Studio . I didn’t have an appointment but she was friendly, professional, and was able to accommodate me. The service was quick and thorough, which I appreciated. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend!

Was immediately treated like my business was not wanted there upon entrance. Walked in very open to multiple services. Left after just eyebrow threading and tint, which were done horribly. As an experienced beauty professional myself I would definitely recommend at the very least treating your customers warm and welcome. And a mini consultation of personal preferences and services wanted without cutting off conversation and walking away or even some very minimal face mapping could go a long way. Really hoped I was walking into a specialty place and not just another chop shop. I was wrong.
