I was in an accident with my vehicle and Newby Collision was the best! They were quick to get repairs done, and were so professional. Kurt was great to work with! He was kind and professional, keeping me notified about the progress being made on the repairs. I would highly recommend Newby Collision!

This company is one of the most poor ran companies I have witnessed! The guys that run the claims have no regard for anyone’s time. They pass the buck to everyone else and apologize for nothing. They clearly do not care about the customer. I have been now put off for a week with the same thing being said over and over again.

Mr Dan Odette has been at Newby collision as long as I can remember, I’ve had several vehicles repaired by him, he is committed to giving you quality repair all while communicating what is going on in his shop.I’ve never had a bad experience in 20 years using the collision center.Recently my daughter was rear ended and Dan helped walk us through a total loss from the insurance and gave great advice.I really appreciate being able to trust someone when it comes to an accident and navigating the insurance.Thanks Dan and team !

WORST EXPERIENCE. Newby had the exact truck I had been looking for so I decided to give them a shot. I booked a hotel and drove 6 hours after negotiating the price and details over the phone with the Sales Manager Seth. I told Seth that I was already pre-approved through my bank, but he talked me in to submitting an application to see if one of their banks could get me a better rate. After my initial conversation with Seth there was very little communication. On Friday, I got a call from the finance department letting me know they approved me through one of their banks. My rate through my bank was better so I decided I would just use my bank. I left a message for Seth before I drove out to make sure that everything was good to go. I didn't hear any back so I figured the deal was good. When I got to the dealership this morning I told Seth that I had a check from my bank and that I was ready to sign the paperwork. At this point, Seth tells me that I would need to go through their finance company to get the discounts that he had promised me over the phone. Seth was very misleading and dishonest. He told me I could use my own finance company, but that they would add the extra $3000 back on to the price (mind you the discount was off of the market adjustment, not MSRP). He proceeded to tell me that the discount on the market adjustment was typically only for locals only, but he would give it to me if I went with their finance company. He did not mention one word about him not giving me the $3000 off if I used my own bank when I spoke with him over the phone. I told Seth that I had left him a voicemail yesterday morning to make sure there were no surprises, and he said "oh sorry, I'm really bad at checking my voicemails". He claimed that he told me this over the phone and that he had it recorded. I would have never driven this far if he had disclosed that I would not be able to use my own finance company. Long story short, I left without a truck, a lot of wasted time and money, and very unhappy with the way Seth and the finance guy treated my wife and I. After we left Newby, I ended up making a deal with a different dealership, on a better truck and couldn't be happier. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, as their character and customer service is extremely poor.

My husband hit a deer and his insurance said this was the only place we could take his truck to get fixed. BIG MISTAKE! It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. First our insurance company called us and they said Newby told them our truck would be done on a Monday. Great! Monday comes and goes and nothing. Tuesday I finally called, they said probably Wednesday maybe Thursday because of “parts being delayed” what a bunch of bullcrap. Thursday is now here and now “it will be done tomorrow.” I highly doubt it. They claim they couldn't find a headlight to fix the one that was broken. And they even admitted on Tuesday that they totally spaced ordering the fog light. You have had the truck for almost over a month and you now see you forgot to order parts? I went online and literally found one within 1 minute of looking and said it could be here the next day. We asked for the truck to be released back to us and we will just fix it ourselves because at this point it’s a joke and we have mechanics in our family. NOPE! They told us we are out of luck and can’t have it back till it’s 100% fix. What a joke!!! The one that we have been dealing with, is nice. But the company itself seems very unorganized and overall horrible with communication. I would have gone somewhere else that was actually honest, that could communicate correctly and actually do their jobs instead of this mess of a company. Like most of the reviews on here say, run the opposite way and don’t ever go here.

I called 5 times across multiple days and times cause I figured maybe they were just busy. But never got an answer about my vehicle being ready to pick up. So then I showed up a couple days later after no information being given to me and my car was still in multiple pieces. I’m sure they are great but customer service was bad.Service: Body & Trim

Well - Newby Collision was absolutely THE BEST. My car took close to 2 months to be finished - only because I had probably the worst insurance ever. BUT because of KURT SCHIFFMAN, I was kept apprised of every detail. He worked endlessly with the adjusters and appraisers to get the correct parts and to bring it all together. He is one of the kindest and most hardworking person I've ever met. Everyone should come to Newby Collision. Can't thank you enough.

Newby Collision was absolutely THE BEST. My car took close to 2 months to be finished - only because I probably had the worst insurance ever. BUT because of KURT SCHIFFMAN, I was kept apprised of every detail. He worked endlessly with the adjusters to get the correct parts and to bring it all together. Once the adjusters finally listened to Kurt and all the parts came in they were so efficient. My car was a Nissan and they even took it to the Nissan dealership to have the gages reset. Anyway, Kurt is one of the kindest and most hardworking people I've ever met. Everyone should come to Newby Collision ID you have car issues. Next car I have to purchase will be from Newby. Can't thank you enough.

They did a great job fixing my car. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my car stayed there a week later than I anticipated but other than that the customer service was great and I loved the end result.

Took my wife's car into get the bumper fixed and they took it apart and are now telling me that they are finding so many things that are broken we were quoted around 1,400 and now they are saying that they are estimating to 3,000

We visited Newby buick to look at a car. Kasen was very responsive and helpful in getting answers to all of our questions. He was prompt, Reliable, and great to work with. He made us feel like we were important, and that he wanted to do the best he could for us. His manager, Rob, was also great to work with. They were very transparent in working with us on our Trade-in and financing. We felt like they were very trustworthy, and that it was a win-win for everyone. They have continued to provide good service as we have had questions come up regarding operating the new car. Great job guys! We would definitely recommend our friends and family come to you with their car buying needs!

Worst place to take your vehicle for repair. To date they have had our truck for 136 days. Was over there about 3 weeks ago and truck was in shop and bed was getting painted. Kurt said it would be ready to go in a couple of weeks. Said it was aligned and they had been driving it around the parking lot. Went over yesterday and he said was back over at the shop getting an alignment. Full of lies and deceiving stories. Can't get a straight story out of them. Said they couldn't find parts to fix it so I went online, ordered the part in 15 minutes had it delivered and took it over to them yesterday. Nerf bars can't be found. Then he cooks up some story about it costing about an extra $2500 after 136 days on the lot. No communication and always some unbelievable story. I wouldn't deal with them if I could go back. Would have got someone honest that could communicate. Lies, lies and more lies.Service: Body & Trim
