Would not purchase a Truck from this dealership again. The finance person (Travis) was great to work with but the General Sales Manager Kevin was completely unprofessional and definitely did not take care of his customer. We hired a transport company to go pick up the truck as we are located in Grand Junction, CO. Once she left with the truck she was stranded in Beaver UT as the codes for the DEF went off and warned that it would be going into limp mode. We were never contacted by the dealership that there was an issue we had to call them once we were informed by the transport driver. Trever was the only person that was of any assistance. It would take forever to go into all the details but know that there were several times that this dealership should have stepped up and taken care of the customer and did not. The truck was finally worked on and since has been running fine but this dealership would not know that as they have not even reached out to see if it made it here. Very disappointed in the management which would fall on Kevin.

We traded our GL350 BlueTech Benz for a Buick Enclave and are very happy with everything. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend Chris. The Buick is a far better car than the Benz and the service at Newby is superior to the Benz rip off dealer. I will never buy another Mercedes Benz.

Bryn helped us buy a used GMC truck - very professional and helpful she helped us entertain the kids while we were waiting.Update: After driving the truck for less than 300 miles the truck died stranding my wife and kids. Bryn twice said the sales manager would call us, couple days later no call. At the least we would have thought they'd help us get it scheduled to get fixed.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Newby Buick and were pleased with the experience. The sales folks aren't paid by commission so they weren't pushy, and everyone was kind and helpful. Bryn was awesome. They got me the 'out the door' price quickly and there weren't any additional hidden fees or surprises.

I needed a new car and I liked that Newby’s was an independent owner. Eric called after I inquired online about a car, he told me the particular one I wanted didn’t have a 2.0L engine and suggested another model. I looked it up and thought it was worth a look.I met Eric at the dealership and took an Envision for a test drive. This was the one ?. There was no hard sell tactics and the crew were nice and understanding. No waiting in empty room for someone coming in and seeking add-ones?. A delightful day!

We have been purchasing our vehicles from Newby Buick for many many years - - our current experience was just as honest and professional as before. Chris was pleasant, knowledgeable and great to work with. We’ve always taken our vehicles for service there and couldn’t ask for a reputable department.Thank you Newby Buick!!

Please be aware about Newby Buick, St George. We turned in a vehicle there that the lease had ended on, and they were more than completely unaware of how to accept the vehicle; they refused to give us a receipt for it. Since it’s an over $30,000 vehicle that we left there with the keys, we made a couple quick images of the two keys that we turned in and the dealership name sign to verify for our records. A couple hours later, the StG Police Dept calls us and says that our photography made Newby uncomfortable, and that we can never come back there. (The police also told us that taking pictures or making a video is NOT illegal.) As we are earnest law and rule honorers, this is very upsetting. We have purchased 4 vehicles in the last 5 years, but don’t worry Newby, we will never be back! Treat people better, epecially customers!We tried to talk to Newby General Manager directly about this, but were informed that Russ Newby leaves early every day, and his voicemail is full. We also could not get through to the other Managers there- Brandon Newby or Seth.Consumers should also be advised that when we purchased this lease a few years back, we tried to keep it local, but Newby tried to charge us $400 per month more on the same model with identical features as this one in Vegas.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Newby had the exact truck I had been looking for so I decided to give them a shot. I booked a hotel and drove 6 hours after negotiating the price and details over the phone with the Sales Manager Seth. I told Seth that I was already pre-approved through my bank, but he talked me in to submitting an application to see if one of their banks could get me a better rate. After my initial conversation with Seth there was very little communication. On Friday, I got a call from the finance department letting me know they approved me through one of their banks. My rate through my bank was better so I decided I would just use my bank. I left a message for Seth before I drove out to make sure that everything was good to go. I didn't hear any back so I figured the deal was good. When I got to the dealership this morning I told Seth that I had a check from my bank and that I was ready to sign the paperwork. At this point, Seth tells me that I would need to go through their finance company to get the discounts that he had promised me over the phone. Seth was very misleading and dishonest. He told me I could use my own finance company, but that they would add the extra $3000 back on to the price (mind you the discount was off of the market adjustment, not MSRP). He proceeded to tell me that the discount on the market adjustment was typically only for locals only, but he would give it to me if I went with their finance company. He did not mention one word about him not giving me the $3000 off if I used my own bank when I spoke with him over the phone. I told Seth that I had left him a voicemail yesterday morning to make sure there were no surprises, and he said "oh sorry, I'm really bad at checking my voicemails". He claimed that he told me this over the phone and that he had it recorded. I would have never driven this far if he had disclosed that I would not be able to use my own finance company. Long story short, I left without a truck, a lot of wasted time and money, and very unhappy with the way Seth and the finance guy treated my wife and I. After we left Newby, I ended up making a deal with a different dealership, on a better truck and couldn't be happier. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, as their character and customer service is extremely poor.

Newby Collision was absolutely THE BEST. My car took close to 2 months to be finished - only because I probably had the worst insurance ever. BUT because of KURT SCHIFFMAN, I was kept apprised of every detail. He worked endlessly with the adjusters to get the correct parts and to bring it all together. Once the adjusters finally listened to Kurt and all the parts came in they were so efficient. My car was a Nissan and they even took it to the Nissan dealership to have the gages reset. Anyway, Kurt is one of the kindest and most hardworking people I've ever met. Everyone should come to Newby Collision ID you have car issues. Next car I have to purchase will be from Newby. Can't thank you enough.

Fantastic experience with Newby, specifically with Bryn. I had been to 4 GMC dealers in the southwest prior to coming here. All others showed very little interest in taking time to discuss vehicles or offering any real help, I think this is due to the demand for vehicles and knowing they will sell regardless of dealer effort. Newby was the total opposite, a really great experience. I felt like I had stepped back in time to 2019 when dealers put in the effort to educate, discuss trim levels, options, vehicles in transit, ordering, timelines, etc. Highly recommend Newby.

Doug Miller, the service advisor, was phenomenal! Super professional. Very knowledgeable. Was very proactive in communications and always letting me know what was going on. Made sure things happened as he'd committed. He ensured an awesome service experience! Thanks to the whole team at Newby for fixing the vehicle and getting me back on the road!

Our Yukon Denalis engine light came on when we were just outside St. George Friday night at midnight. Saturday morning we called Newby and asked if they could help. Bill in the service center was so helpful and such a nice guy. He was able to get a diagnosis the same day before they closed. Such a great company and customer service!

Our experience was exceptional.. When we walked in the dealership we were quickly helped with what we were looking for. We found the car we wanted that day but were unable to stay and take care of it. They put our names on it so it wouldn't be sold and 2 days later we picked it up. I can't say enough about how well we were taken care of. Most of the team assisted us and Christopher was so helpful and accommodating. We want to thank them so much for their kind and caring service

I enjoyed the process of getting my new truck. Chris Pallas kept me updated on the progress and delivery date and made everything easy. They had all the paperwork and financing ready when I arrived and walked me through how to access the vehicle features. The best part though is my new Canyon is a ton of fun to drive
