Cody stopped by my house after delivering a computer to a friend. After he did a check of my computer-with some updates and bug-fixes, he said though my computer is old, still functioning ok. As a widow, it is hard to he able to take a computer into the store so I appreciated so much the service. I will recommend Lifeguard to anyone with computer needs

Second time using these guys. Just like the first time, they were quick, courteous, fixed the problem, and at a very reasonable price.

I absolutely love Lifeguard computers! I took in my old Toshiba laptop which was having issues along with a new MacBook Air I had just purchased. He installed the programs I wanted him to on the Mac and transferred my information from my Toshiba into the cloud as well as onto my Mac. He spent Just 2-3 days getting all of this done and was very communicative with me through the whole process. I felt like he heard everything I said and did exactly what I asked him to, in a very professional and friendly manner. I am new to the area but they will definitely be my go to spot for all of my computer repair needs! Thanks Cody and Lifeguard! I am so grateful I found you!

PLEASE do NOT USE this computer store. I did a diagnostics with them costing 30 dollars. When they finished they told me it was the motherboard. I asked if they even checked the CPU and he said no he didn't check because CPUs never ever break. So he didn't even bother to check it or the ram. I asked why. He said we don't even make money on diagnostics so they don't check everything even tho he told me before hand they check everything. Complete money grab. If you ask me. Bordering SCAM.So I said ok fine I replaced the motherboard. And it did not fix the problem. Then i started replacing all the other products because this guy said CPUs never break he said he never seen one break..and so The last thing I changed on the computer was the CPU and guess what it fixes it.Because he could not be bothered to check my CPU. I ended up forking out 500 DOLLARS in computer parts. to fix my computer. This place doesn't even do full diagnostics they just take your money and don't even bother to check ur computer and give you wrong information sending you down a bad rabbit hole. like I said complete MONEY GRAB.GO ELSEWHERE or you'll regret it.

Excellent computer repair store. The staff has been so helpful on multiple visits with various devices. Computers and affordability are a challenge as a senior citizen. Repair work was timely and priced better than competitors. Casey took time to explain whatever questions I had and gave me the best advice when needed. I totally trust him, which is of utmost importance.

Had a broken gaming PC that I was debating on trashing. I brought it in for diagnostics and to see how much it would cost to repair. They told me I could get it up and running well if I replace my motherboard, Memory, and CPU which would cost about $500. I asked if i'd need a new graphics card to be able to keep up with the upgrades and they told me it would be completely fine, so I went through with it (I wouldnt have if I knew I needed a new card). Sure enough my PC cant even run games like fortnite on low settings without low fps, drops, and skips let alone SkyrimSE, Bo4, or any other graphically demanding games. So now im forced to get a new graphics card which will be around $300 for anything decent, otherwise I spent $500 on nothing. I wasnt planning on spending this much and im disappointed with the service they have provided. Lost a customer, wouldnt recommend their services.

My 2014 MacBook Pro died after almost a year after a water spill on the keyboard. I took it into Simply Mac in town and they told me that it was fried and that Apple would give me $160 for my dead laptop. I said thanks and took it to Lifeguard for a second opinion. Cody took in my laptop and also determined there was no saving it but told me I could sell parts on ebay. I have no experience selling parts on ebay but he said Lifeguard could facilitate the sales for me for a small charge; he thought they could get me $200. While he set up the sales, he also helped point me to a refurbished 2015 MacBook Pro on Amazon. Two months later he completed the parts sales to satisfied ebay customers and handed over $300 to me. With that money I was able to replace my dead laptop with an upgraded MacBook Pro for about $400. Cody provided prompt communications throughout the process and gave advice free of charge. I couldn't be more impressed and pleased with Cody and Lifeguard's service and integrity. Sometimes it's tough to be an Apple consumer with their built-in leverage over loyal fans, so it was great to have Lifeguard back me up with honest service.

They did a service call and while they were there another issue happens, Darren had all my issues resolved in about an hour and I was up and running for business and at very fair prices.
