I bought a trans through napa. It arrived faulty. They want me to deal with a third party warranty company who wont cover the issue and napa refuses to take the trans back even if i bring it to them. Be careful buying anything through napa that isnt a napa part. They wont back it.

I’m only giving one star because I had to give one to post. Stood at the desk with several employees working in the back. Four or five of them saw me, didn’t say a thing, didn’t come help, didn’t even tell me to wait. Just ignored me.

Staff quickly identified and sold me my bulb replacement, lent me their 8mm socket wrench to replace it, and I was then on my way (after returning the wrench and socket).

Gordon was an amazing help when the wrong rotors were ordered by mistake! He was quick to get us the right ones so we could finally get the car off the jacks and back on the road!

Respect ?I had a challenging experience with NAPA because of some mistakes that happened around getting a part when I was broke down on a cross country trip. It's a long story. The company and one particular person, Gordon stepped up and worked to make it right and they did! I have reclaimed my faith in things. Thank you Gordon and St. George NAPA.

I took in a air hose from my air compressor that I needed replaced 3/4" by 4 ft long they fabricated it and gave it to me in good time then gave me the bill $145.00 dollars !!?? For a hose that should cost $30 to $50 max including the ends .totally taken advantage of. I would expect better from a NAPA DEALER

The service here is top notch, they’ve got a huge inventory, and even have the mobile trucks! Justin was particularly helpful, the guy is dialed! He helped me to figure out a specific tie rod no one else could, got me the parts the next day, and gave me a really good price. All in all this is a great spot for parts & service.
