I needed to replace the screen on my phone and this place was recommended to me by friends. I dropped it off and he quoted me the price for a new Samsung screen. An hour or so later, I picked the phone up, good as new. Much cheaper than going to T-Mobile and getting a new phone. Great job!!! ??

I can’t remember of the name of the employee who helped me, I think it was Hunter. He used to work at the CPR in Henderson. Great person, very friendly, helpful, and also does great work. I have gone to CPR multiple times and I am always satisfied with the services. 10/10 would recommend.

They did a great job on my Z-flip 5. They replaced a screen the same day which included them getting the screen from their supplier. Far better than Best Buy, who estimated 3-4 days!

One of the things I admire most about America is its integrity in customer service. If the product arrived defective, the exchange is made immediately, assuming responsibility and providing something better to the customer. Unfortunately, in this store in Summerlin, we had a very bad experience, we changed the cell phone screen with them, the cheapest one was $120.00, the screen lasted 1 week, it simply turned black, we took it to them, and as they saw that the problem was the screen , they made the exchange without charging. Yesterday, a month later, the screen went black again, simply half the screen, black. We went to the Buffalo store, and the same person who had exchanged it before said “I know the problem is the screen, but I'm just making one exchange, there's nothing I can do for you” and even insinuated that we weren't reporting the truth. of the facts. We contacted the manager Ray - Jones store, and he also didn't provide us with an agreement, he just lowered $40 to make an exchange for the original Apple screen that costs $340.00, I don't recommend this chain, they don't treat you with respect and they don't care if The service they provided was good for the customer. Look elsewhere!

Insider tip- These Crooks will leave no chance to Rip their customers off. RJ their " expert " technician will gossip behind the customer's back and ask his co-workers to quote a higher price. They don't believe in customer service and ethics. They always quoted a higher price for repairs 90 % margin If you're ethical and honest this is not a place for you to work at. I wouldn't get any of my Electronics fixed here nor should you.

Wonderful staff and excellent service, my wife and I took our desk top in yesterday’s for an update issue along with camera not working and they had it working in 2-3 hours same day. I would highly recommend taking your phones or computers to this location.
