I had a good buying experience here a few years back
It was just an easy straightforward transaction, no upselling or fast talking
Since used dealers can't really guarantee the cars you should do your research on the model and pricing and should have a mechanic do a buyer's inspection before you buy
But it was a good overall experience with this dealer, Munoz auto, this was before covid and before used car prices everywhere went absolutely insane though

Buyer beware. They are scammers with fake reviews. They sell cars for 3x their actual price. They are bad people.

Horrible service! Never been so upset with walking into a dealership! Don't go here if your looking for a good experience! Building looks like it's gonna fall apart! All the cars a dirty no help from the owner!

Seen a nice vehicle listed on FB marketplace. Pictures looked great. Messaged him. He responded right away. I went down to the dealership to see it and test drive it. As soon as I opened the back hatch I see interior damage and the back of a seat missing. I looked through the photos again. The photos purposefully didn't show the interior damage. If I would have known about the damage I wouldn't have contacted him.

Very Rude, unprofessional. I went to test drive but instead started talking about payment options before I even got to look at the car. said if I wasn't going to make a purchase I'm wasting both his time and gas. Did some research on one of the cars where he had to repair the front bumper and then told me it was in great condition but he never had to repair anything. Some of the interior was Loose/Falling apart and did not mention it. Seemed like a scam honestly Would not recommend

Hector steals online content and then posts it as his own on social media, and then when he's called out for it, he throws a hissy fit and starts insulting people in the comments. This is absolutely class-less behavior and is probably a good indicator of the kind of person you're dealing with. Just another fly by night used car salesman willing to use whatever unethical tactics make him a sale.

This dude is a whack job honestly. Idk who talks like this under an advertisement for their own business (if you can call it that, it was essentially someone else’s Tik tok or something and he typed the name and address of this place over it.)

Don’t take his words for it. Bring in your own mechanic to actually check out the vehicle before purchasing. Just like any other salesman, he will feed you with lies to get that sale. “I bought it from a 70 yr old lady that took care of it” All in all, they do not care for their customer, ive sat there crying because I’m demanded a payment and left to figure out fixing a vehicle that was supposed to be in good running condition or feed my kids.
