Maven Moving showed up more then 24 hrs late to start the moving. Once loaded, Jr was more then 8 hrs late to show up to unload. When I tried to contact him he lied about his location every time. When his first truck showed up to unload there was only 1 mover. That mover unloaded the whole truck by his self. Once Jr finally arrived, he was on his phone and his move did 90% of the work. Before the unloading was complete, we found that 2 wedding rings where missing, knives, some of My wife’s underwear, an iRobot vacuum and many other items. When this was brought to air attention he acted like it wasn’t his problem. When his wife reached out, she claimed she would help and file a calm for the stolen items. Once we gave her the list she told us there was nothing she could do to help. Save yourself the head ache and hire anyone else other then Maven Moving. Worst company ever. #fuqmavenmoving

JR quoted me $250 to move enough stuff that would fit in a van. They showed up in a giant truck and took an hour to load my things and then took 20 min to go 2 miles because they said they had to secure everything which was mostly boxes and then got lost getting to the destination another 30 minutes and charged me $385 for time. Don't use these guys!

JR did a great job moving my grandparents property. Him and his crew were very careful to not damage doorways and walls. They wrapped all the furniture exceptionally well. We had some oversized items, and they were able to handle without problem.JR was very respectful, courteous and professional. JR and his crew definitely went above and beyond they did a great job.We would definitely use Maven Moving in the future and highly recommend.

My first impression of JR was that he was working very fast - it was like watching someone dong a CrossFit competition during the entire move which was nice since he was charging by the hour in my case. At the same time he was very careful with all my household items ensuring that they were properly wrapped before moving. Overall he was extremely competent and knowledgeable when helping me assemble bed frames, even correcting previously incorrect assembly. I would defiantly use him again for a move or hanging / assembling any fixtures in my home.Services: Moving-related packing

As a retired Office Manager with over 30 years of experience in the Moving & Storage industry, I knew exactly what services to expect. Maven Moving by far exceeded my expectations. JR/Owner was very accommodating as we had to change our moving date a few times. He and his two employees were friendly, professional and didn’t waste anytime during the move. We appreciated this since we were paying by the hour. The move was completed within a reasonable time period. JR even installed our television over the fireplace within this time period. This company was absolutely the best I have seen for moving. They were on time, thorough in their packing and wrapping the furniture . Nothing was broken!The way they Precisely packed the truck and then moved it was incredible.They worked hard and fast and efficient! The team was courteous and thoughtful of our needs. I would give them a 10+ and recommend them to everyone!

Maven Moving relieved so much stress from my move when they moved my baby grand piano for me. They were fast and efficient, taking good care of my most important piece of furniture. They also made it fun during a hectic move for me by doing a great job with a smile. I very much appreciated it, and I recommend them highly!

We were very happy with JR Shults and team. The movers worked non stop in 110 degree temps, and were courteous and professional throughout. They also did extras, like reassembling our bedroom furniture, and taking our kayaks off the car. We would definitely call JR Shults again, and would highly recommend his team to anyone looking for help moving.

JR and his crew are fantastic. I used them when moving from Southern Utah to Northern Utah. The crew was able pack up our home, drive 300 miles, and unpack, all within one day. It was incredible!! If you are looking for a moving team, JR and his crew will not disappoint.
