Great service in Appliance Dept. today by Fed and Jason in St. George, UT location.We found an LG refrigerator and washer dryer pair within minutes and discounts were applied beating nearby competitor. Purchase was efficient and quick and LG rebate form dispensed in thorough manner. We were happy with the entire process and will shop here when we visit. Delivery to Mesquite was free so thankful for that option as well.We'll be baaaack!!!

Do not get carpet at Lowes!! They measured my 3 square bedrooms & over measured by 140 sq ft!!!' I've had carpet put in there before -NO WAY do I need that much carpet. They said it was for twists & turns?? Really ?? 3 square rooms - each 11 x 12 ft largest & other 2 smaller ?? They are NOT HONEST.

This store engages in despicable practices, taking advantage of older cuttings with shoddy workmanship and delaying repairs. My parents purchased windows and installation a year ago. They spent close to $20,000. This is how the windows and damage to siding look now. Lowe's in St. George is doing nothing to remedy this properly.

Well Lowes has turned out to be a horrible business to deal with. Had a garage door installed and have problems with it since it was installed and I've gotten no help from the management or corporate! Year of complaints and I get an email closing my case. What a joke. I've had to initiate all communications and no one from the store or from the manufacturer cared to come witness the problem. If you are considering Wayne Dalton garage doors don't ! I'll never spend another dime at Lowes. The managers especially tick me off by passing the buck.

Purchased a stove from Lowe's. When they tried to deliver it they had the wrong address. They wouldn't deliver it to the right address because it wasn't on their order. They would have to send it back to the warehouse in Las Vegas and turn around and deliver it on their next available date even though they were on my street. When I called them they were less than helpful. They said I could come in and buy a new one and then they would refund the money for the other one once I got back to Vegas. Told them to keep their stove. Went over to Home Depot bought a better stove for less money and had excellent customer service. Would never ever recommend Lowe's for anything.

Very clean and organized! Employees are very helpful and approachable. We came in for plant Trellis and found several to choose from before making ate selection. Prices are competitive to other stores in the area. One thing I have noticed about Lowes vs Home Depot is that Lowes seems to be more of a "finished" inventory. To achieve the look and desired end to your project this is definitely a place to shop.

Lowe's have a terrible customer service they put me on hold fir 20 min I finally hang up. Wen you go to the store the store looks like a ghost town. You don't find anyone to help you. When you find someone and ask for help that send you to the wrong aisle. The manager of the store is hardly there, the times I have gone there and asked for him their answer is, he is not here today. How can Lowe's survive with such a management, obviously are not training their employees. I will not recommend this store for anything until they get improvements. So far it doesn't look like they even care.

Marcus G. in appliances is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We were traveling from San Diego and we were having issues getting a washing machine delivered from our local Lowe's to our house. Marcus was able to help us order another washing machine and get it delivered to our house the next day. Thank you so much Marcus!
