I've never had a laundromat place a hold on my card so I'm a little confused. Hoping that when I dry my laundry that the dryer doesn't place another $15 hold because I won't have enough money to dry my clothes if it does... Also how long does the pending charge stay before it updates to the $6.75 the washer is supposed to be? I will change my review if it clears up quickly and doesn't double charge for the dryer...

i have been doing my laundry here for almost a year now and have recently been changed a $15 fee on top of the cost i pay to use the washing machine. I used only one machine with my card today, due to all the other machines being used up by other customers, and it should have only been $4. I made sure i checked this time. But when looking over my transactions on my card today i noticed an additional $15. No where does it disclose these is a card fee. The machine even gives me a total before swiping my card and it was only supposed to be $4. I am very disappointed and will be giving my bank a call as well as finding somewhere else to get my laundry done.

Came here to wash some larger blankets that don’t fit in my washer. The vending machine to dispense the soap one of them is broken, and the other on stole a dollar from me. I then put my blanket in the dryer; which I am able to do at home completely fine, but one of the dryers must’ve been broken because it burned holes through all of my blankets. It melted my blankets and now they’re all really crunchy and hard in some spots I ran the items at low temp for two cycles because they’re larger. The second vending machine that dispenses candy the owner is charging $1.50 and has expired reduced snickers inside with the $0.35 label still on them.

The owner unlawfully, and quite aggressively, denied access due to me having a (perfectly trained) service dog. After 15+ years of patronage, I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere!!

Compared to other Laundromats, the machines here are the most reasonably priced, and clean we'll. The facility is clean and air conditioned!

I live about 10 minutes away, I enjoy the drive to get here. I try to go early morning after I drop the kids off at school so about 8am (I'd come earlier if I could) but I've been here 2x so far because we are waiting on our household goods to arrive at our place (we just moved here from Hawaii) so I went searching for a laundromat & came across this place. I like that it takes card, which is super helpful for me so I don't have to waste extra money taking out of the ATM (current bank account is in Hawaii still) both times I've been here the lady, says "good morning" & is cleaning the machines. The first time I came here there were a couple machines out of order. When I got back 1 week & a half later, they were fixed, it's really tidy, & friendly. I enjoy coming here, being able to work while waiting for the laundry & not be bothered. People who come here are kind & considerate. Glad I found somewhere I could do our family laundry til our machines come in at home. Might just come back because I like getting out the house lol
