We purchased our 2023 EV F150 Truck from Pete Worhatch today. Pete was very informative about the truck, explaining all the extraordinary features and 'repeating himself' if necessary. Pete worked with us and provided us the 'comfort feeling' one needs when purchasing a large item. Pete introduced us to Chad Nyborg, Finance Manager, and he continued providing us with great support. I highly recommend Pete and Chad for your dealings at Ken Garff St. George Ford. I scheduled an appointment for car service for the 25th of September 4pm. I live in Hurricane so I have to leave about 30-40 minutes early due to traffic. I arrive at the service center just to be told there are all booked out and I need to reschedule. Why couldn't they send me an email or call me saying that prior leaving my house? I drive all that way and back for nothing, and with gas being over 4 dollars a gallon, I'm pretty upset. Thankfully I'm not busy tomorrow so I agreed to reschedule for tomorrow, the 26th of September 4pm, but still, I'm making a whole other trip, which couldnve been done already. But who knows, they may be backed up again. It really sucks you make arrangements out your day to do that just to be told no. If it weren't for the advantage care redemption I have I wouldn't have rescheduled. Good staff though

I scheduled a diagnostic service and when I arrived the desk person was very testy and seemed very annoyed that I was there for my appointment. And when I spoke to him he told me he couldn't even get me in today and gave me a guess on how much the repair would be without anyone actually looking at my car. Then proceeded to tell may need to keep the car for a bit because he doesn't know how many people are before me even thou I scheduled it out in advance. all I wanted them to do was diagnose a code. I wouldn't recommend then dealer I would recommend going to Vegas or salt lake.

On Thursday 8/17 at about 3:00 pm, While driving from Panguitch to Vegas our 2016 F250 diesel developed a bad coolant leak. We limped into St George and stopped here for assistance. We pulled into the service bay with our trailer in tow and were immediately contacted by the service department, initially Jason contacted us gathered our information and immediately called his diesel technician Dave. About 30 minutes later they updated us about our leak and told us they will order the part over night from Ontario, California. Jason, Dave and Karo were all very understanding of our predicament and even prepped our vehicle enough so we could drive it to a hotel and back in the morning. We arrived the next morning (8/18) and they promptly began repair on our truck, but not before I was looking for a place on the lot to unhitch my trailer. The manager (sorry I didn't get his name) saw my issue and directed me to a very accommodating spot, easy unhitch and hitching for when we were ready to leave. Kinda unfortunate for us, we started looking at new vehicles and started talking to customer who was buying a new car. She recommended talking to Tony and Josh if we were interested in a new car. Yes, we ended up buying a new truck with the assistance of Andy, Tony and Josh. I would never have thought about giving a car dealership a 5 star rating, but here I am, because they deserve a rating significantly higher than 5. Every person we came in contact with, wether they were helping us or just walking by were extremely friendly and outgoing, un-freaking believable. The service department to the parts and sales department, this place is the standard for a dealership. We will be making the drive for service and any vehicle issues we have to St. George. I recommend them to all! I just wish they were here in Vegas.. Thank you all very much for all your help and concern during our two days there!

Their service department sucks. My truck has been there for a month and hasn't been serviced. They keep giving me the runaround on answers and when my truck will be fixed. Don't come here!

Our 2004 F-150 Supercrew 4WD started running rough while driving through Mesquite, NV. We limped into St. George and I was able to discover the trouble code (P0012). Turns out it was the dreaded cam phasers and associated parts in the 5.4 V-8. It was close to closing time but Jackie Mitchell, the service advisor, agreed to take it in and have the night crew run their diagnostics. We were on a short vacation and wanted to continue on our trip so we rented a car and awaited the estimate.Jackie called back the next day and said she would do everything she could to get the truck back to us as soon as possible. Jackie called back again and informed us the damage was extensive but not unrepairable. She didn't want to work her crew on Father's Day so we agreed to let Garaff Ford keep the truck until the following Tuesday. We extended the rental car agreement and drove home to Boulder City, NV. Jackie called back Tuesday morning to let us know the repairs were done and that they were able to save some $ on the labor and parts costs. We drove to St. George and picked up the truck. It was a costly repair which we used two credit cards to cover. We greatly appreciate Jackie and the Ford technicians very much. Very pleased with the service.

I reached out with regards to a used car and specifically asked to be communicated over EMAIL.In the span of an hour, I received 4 calls 2 voicemails and 3 texts.They don't respect their customer's time and preferences, and will not do business with them going forward.

Don't was your time. It is a bait and switch situation. I was quoted 120 to 140 from Damien when I scheduled the appointment. When I went to pick up the vehicle they charged me over $1000 to change the transmission fluid on a 2019 Ford transit 250. Then held my vehicle hostage until I paid over $400. Just for a transmission fluid change. Make sure you get the quote in writing before you drop off your vehicle.

I came here to order a Ford Maverick in the narrow order window that opened up for 2023 models in September. Dave C processed the transaction, copied my license, charged me $1000, and promised me an email confirming the preorder would arrive shortly. Never did. He somehow took all those steps and didn't actually submit the order. The window is now closed so I have to wait another 12 months (probably) just to get an order in. I found out through my own follow up efforts of several phone calls and emails, not because Dave took the initiative to inform me he somehow messed up.FWIW Cody who is a manager there was apologetic and helpful but he can't make Ford take another order so I'm still up a creek.Barring some chance that the exact build I tried to get arrives and is unclaimed at the dealer, I won't be getting into a Maverick anytime soon due to a salespersons complete lack of follow through.I'll be ordering from Vegas or northern Utah Ford dealers in the future.Also, the response below seems to have been little more than an attempt to save face publicly. I have emailed Marc twice and had no response. This dealership doesn't have any follow through on customer service even after making huge errors.

I'm a hard person to please... Prior to dealing with Josh Zockoll, the idea of me having a 5 star review for a car dealership, much less a salesperson was unlikely. If you have been following the car market in recent times, you probably know that most dealers have been especially shady. I had the absolute best possible buying experience from Josh. My truck was special ordered and took a long time to show up. The timing was 100% out of the dealers control, so no fault on them for the months long wait. Josh did keep me updated as much as he could along the same way. Once the truck arrived, he did everything he said he was going to on the day I ordered the truck. It was prepared and ready in a timely manner. It didn't sit out front getting test driven by 100 people like a lot of other dealers have been doing. The sales contract was concise and ready to go with no surprises. I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. No attempt to upsell me on blinker fluid or heavy duty muffler bearings. Josh demonstrated complete transparency and integrity throughout the process and I will be a customer for life. Thanks Josh.
