We purchased mine and my husband’s wedding rings from Kelly Jewelers almost 14 years ago and they have always taken amazing care of us. They were able to completely customize my ring based off of exactly what I wanted (I couldn’t find a pre made ring that I liked anywhere!) I’m so grateful that they were able to create the ring of my dreams. They do such beautiful work. And they have helped me to maintain and keep my ring looking stunning even all these years later. Scott Kelly is an amazing and trustworthy person. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for jewelry! Thank you Kelly Jewelers!

I love these guys. Scott Kelly knows his stuff and got me exactly what I was looking for, and then helped with a bit of adjustment afterwards (it was a gift).Not sure what’s up with the whole ‘barbershop’ thing, but as a jeweler I couldn’t be happier.

In one word, lazy. To expand, I asked for a ring resize and he said it wouldn't be worth his time or my money. When I said those words on Google he had the audacity to lie about it publicly on his own Google page. Anyway, I'm still so irritated about it, I'm writing another review here, hope this idiot doesn't ever treat a paying customer the same again, at least not this paying customer.

Not Scott Kelly, it was another person working when they were buying gold ETC. The person that helped me took advantage of me and my circumstance, Exploiter, very unethical.

I bought a 29.00 watch band for my Dad, he charged me 30.00 to put it on, and didn't size it with my Dad's old watch band like I had asked him to, just changed it out...AND as soon as a super rich client sat down, he was rude, ignoring me, and talking only to the Rich elderly woman who sat down in my place- talking about inviting he and his son to a big party next month...I let her sit down because she was older...and even though I spent over 600.00 months earlier to have a new crown put on my engagement ring, that took 2 weeks longer than he had stated, I will NEVER go back there again! A Bishop?! Really, shame on YOU!
