I’m sad they’ve been temporarily closed (to my understanding?) my dad was a professional mechanic with 40 years of experience when he professionally retired and retired from family vehicle maintenance. I tried this shop and I instantly felt like I could trust them. Other shops I had tried through the years, I’d go in for an oil change to see how I felt and leave with a list of $5,000 worth of maintenance and repairs I needed. I went to K&A with some work I thought I needed and they actually talked me out of some of it, telling me it was something I needed done eventually but it really wasn’t a rush. When my dad approves of them I knew I could rely on them. If they’re ever back in the business I will continue to be a loyal customer. I know they won’t up sell me on things I don’t need, so I feel confident that I’m investing in a true necessity by spending whatever amount they recommend on a repair or maintenance. I know my vehicle is older and has some mileage so I know it needs some work and I don’t mind the investment into its long term life, but I want to know I’m not just throwing money away. I’ve since recommended multiple people to them who all had similar experiences where they just felt like the recommendations made sense, were not unnecessary upselling, and were priced fairy.

Kaden, thank you for the work you did on my father's Jeep. I highly recommend this place they're honest, and a great price for the work that was done. I was expecting it to be a lot more. He's also great at communicating what's going on with your vehicle, and the options you have going forward. I will definitely be coming back here when/if I need work done to a vehicle.

I am beyond satisfied with this garage. My vehicle has water damage in the fuse box and Kaden was able to get the AC working. He explained to me in detail what my options are. As he went into detail about an auxiliary relay and a few other things, he talked to me like I understood what he was saying, and I did, and when I walked away knowing my options and what was going on with the car. I know this should be the norm everywhere, but I can tell you, as a female, it's not. So I not only want to recognize his work, but his attitude toward humans. Good people. Much love. Kaden and his team saved me big time! My cars alternator gave out on my way to work and once i got the tow truck there I had to choose where to go and K&A wasn't open till 8 and it was 7:30. I still called and Kaden answered and said that I can bring it in, no problem! The fact that he answered the phone before they even opened says a lot, and they went out of his way to make room for the tow truck in his parking lot so we can drop the car off without a hitch was a huge bonus, and then in the midst of his already crazy busy schedule (its thanksgiving week) he was able to get the part, do an oil change, and have it ready the next day for me to pick up. I don't write reviews, but these guys have been awesome and deserve the recognition.Services: Oil change

Kaden I apologize that this is a little late. Back in the last week of March first week of April my family and I did a trip from Kansas City to Las Vegas in our Ford 150. It was an amazing trip!! We were heading back through St. George when our engine started chugging really bad. I did a quick search for service places and K and A came up. We stopped by and Kaden came out and took a look at our vehicle and ran diagnostics. He took our truck in and changed a spark plug and it fixed our issue. He also gave us a heads up that there was a small knocking coming from under the engine but couldn’t exactly pin point what the issue was, he kept the truck for an extra day to try to figure out what it was as we had a long hall back to KC through the Rockies. The next day we picked up the truck and headed home. We were about an hour out side of St.George and my husband was passing a semi and the truck made a funny sound and my husband said the truck lost power. We coasted back over behind the semi and over to the shoulder. There was a huge trail of oil behind our truck. We called Kaden and he said have it towed to his shop. We got off the phone with Kaden and called the tow truck. Tow truck driver told us we needed to get ahold of Uber or Lyft to get a ride as his company didn’t allow people to ride with them. I tried both services and no one would come out to where we were. I called Kaden and he said sit fast I will have my wife come out and pick you up. An HOUR AWAY and his wife would come pick up our family, talk about life savers!! We made it back to St George and the shop and we’re finally able to see what had happened. Blown engine…..the good news is we bought the extended warranty on the truck and Kaden went to bat for us for the warranty. We ended up paying pennies on the dollar for the fix as Kaden was able to get the engine under warranty. Now the only hard part was the engine wouldn’t be available for 2-3 weeks out. We ended up getting a rental car and driving home. We picked our truck up in the middle of April and drove it home. The whole trip would of been a major nightmare but Kaden and his family and shop saved and helped us in a major way. Would definitely recommend K and A with any of your vehicle needs. Very well run business; attention to detail; awesome record keeping; fast service; and the kindest, most enjoyable family atmosphere. I love how well taken care of I am each time I go in. I love that they have their kiddos there at the shop. This family runs many businesses throughout St George, and they are all hard-working, respected, and thoughtful people. They put a lot of heart into their work and do what they can to meet your needs on your budget and timeline. I recommend K+A to all of my friends, family, and customers. I'm grateful to know these people. You will not be disappointed.

Showed up after hours with two license plates bolts that were rusted and stripped. Kaden the owner volunteered to help me out and got the bolts off for me. Although I didn't get any major repairs done, the character of the owner suggests this is a shop you can trust. Thanks again Kaden!

There is a clear reason they have only 5 star ratings. I have never in the 5 states I’ve lived in found such a good and honest auto shop.They always hook you up with the best price in town from oil change to A/C repair to windshield replacement.Very impressed by everything about them, thanks K&A!
