What it comes down to is TRUST, quality and affordability. The entire team at Jones Paint & Glass has proven time and time again that these 3 qualities are their top priority. There are many mentionable Team Members that I care to note: Travis Christensen was my introduction to Jones Paint & Glass and with the quality of his service to us and his obvious care to the success of our projects, this began our now established long history of trust. John Gledhill has personally assisted us on glass projects and is a true hero. Todd Hancock is one of the nicest humans I’ve encountered and his smile and willingness to help is contagious. Tom Irvine has kindly interrupted his busy schedule to pull me out of a pickle on a shower project. Timothy Rommes is always quick to solve problems, take additional orders or provide part numbers with pricing. Brian Giles is steering this ship with a laser focus of their mission statement and every one on the Team is on board. I highly recommend Jones Paint & Glass. Remember that every company, even my own, has the potential to experience errors due to the human element. It is what a company does next, after the error, which will always set them apart. This is a remarkable company who takes care of their community and their team. Our scheduled installation had several hiccups and was unnecessarily delayed, so naturally we were discouraged. However, Diana went above and beyond today! She was considerate of our patients while installing during our business hours. She had excellent communication skills regarding the installation, she was personable and her work was very precise.

I worked with Howard on building a custom door for my home. It turned out beautifully, installed easily, and I get lots of compliments on it from neighbors and guests. I went in to the St George location to schedule for someone to come diagnose and fix seven windows on a property I had purchased. I talked with Travis Wallentine in customer service. Instead of just scheduling someone to come out, he showed me how to remove the panes of glass and springs to check the springs in the windows (and get the part numbers if they needed to be replaced). He explained that I could save some time and money by doing this myself, but if I did not feel comfortable to come back and he would schedule someone to come out. An hour later I had fixed ALL of the windows and I only needed to replace one small window clip! Not only did he save me time and money on my project, he gave me valuable knowledge for the future. Thank you Travis! You are a wonderful asset to the Jones paint and glass company!
