I went in for a hair dye. I knew based off the picture it would probably be a little more difficult hair dye. What I didn’t expect is that half way through my hair stylist would freak the hell out and it would end up taking 6 and a half hours to die my hair. The picture required her to go through with a mullet type style and rinse and then go back through with highlights. She probably walked out at least 5 different times or more to “get more hair dye” and it was 15 to 20 minutes or more each time she left she also freaked out half way through and walked out to what I suspect was to talk with her manager which took about 30 minutes and later on the manager came in to see how the girl was doing. My neck is killing me too because the shampoo chairs are so damn uncomfortable and sitting in those chairs for over 6 hours isn’t exactly comfortable either. She blended one side of the hair better than the other but thank god I part it differently so it doesn’t look too bad. I was not able to eat either before I went in because we live in the country and it’s an hour drive so I was freaking starving. In all Im okay with how it ended up turning out but the freaking time it took and neck pain were a bit too excessive for me.

I went in for a perm, my first one, they killed my ends it's day 5 I listened to instructions and everything my hair is going back to straight. They didn't do all my hair either. Very disappointed

I just moved to St. George and needed a highlight and trim. Kelsey at the JCPenney salon was available the next day so I booked the appointment. It's always a little scary to try a new hair person, but she was excellent! She really took her time to make a color correction on my hair from brassy to a soft beige dark blond with highlights. She was really careful to check the time so my fine hair didn't get chemically damaged. She finished with a deep conditioner then a trim and style. Definitely will be going back again to Kelsey!

Today I brought my 5 year old in with me, I’m sure the employees were rolling there eyes as I walked in, but they didn’t show it!! Seriously they made her day by telling her the lipstick she chose was gorgeous and didn’t mind that we searched every eyeshadow she could see. I will definitely come back- thanks for making a mommas day and a 5 year olds!

Dayna did a bleach, tone and cut process on my hair. By the end of it, my scalp was raw and irritated. She used 40 volume developer with the bleach, which I have never used on my hair because it is so thin and short. She used toner, telling me the one she used was "according to the chart", and when it didn't turn out how she expected, told me she was going to do a bleach cap. The cut was also done very choppily and uneven, with parts of my hair needing to be cut afterwards because there were locks that were 1-2 inches longer than the surrounding hair.

Launa is the best! She did an amazing job lightening up my super dark hair, we did an ombre and then put a really fun warm pink over it for fall. I will definitely be going back, I'm super happy!
