Took the trailer in for repair...Great staff..friendly, honest and dependable. Vick took great care of diagnosing the problem and getting us done in a timely manner. The entire family owned staff are great people...I will go back again and again.

After several months of You Tube videos and hands on research we decided to get an Outdoors RV. This trailer is made in Oregon and rarely see them in our area of TN. Indy RV came highly recommended by the manufacturer of this travel trailer. I spoke with Cory Harrod several times while narrowing down my search. He was so patient with this newbie! I had so many questions. We stayed in contact until my husband and I could trek to Utah to pick up our new home. When we got here Cory and Norma Jean Harrod were so nice to us. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with these two and this company. I expected no less than they gave. When the maker of a product tells you who the best is you listen.

We purchased our first RV at Indy this summer and had a great experience. The salesman followed up on his promises and when we took our trailer in for warrenty work the repairman, Malan, was professional and prompt!

Norma Jean is an excellent salesperson. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions and well above and beyond to find specific answers to very detailed questions about a 5 wheel. Thank you for the pictures and video giving details about the 5th wheel trailer.

I had my Rv in the shop for warranty work 2 times and the stuff has not been repaired.
They also sold me Batteries and solar panels to run my 12 V refrigerator. Needless to say it still will not run the fridge without hookups …..But to top it off the system I paid 1500 for is 217 on Amazon after I did my research….. so I guess they get a 1 star for answering their phone when I called. Would not go back. .

This morning (1 July 2024) I dropped off our Keystone Hideout to have the axels greased, brakes checked, etc. Malin Pavelka of the service department went far above and beyond being helpful...but then I discovered this extra attention typifies the entire staff at Indy RV. Besides charging less than quoted, Malin was instrumental in fixing other needed repairs. Moreover, the work was done at least an hour earlier than projected. Yet I must add more to their stellar treatment of customers. While in the yard, Skyler Cox--son of the owner--observed me hand-cranking the tongue jack, the electric jack obviously not working. He came right over with his forklift, tested the power connection, diagnosed a bad fuse, and then replaced it on the spot, including re-wiring and insulating his work, then installing a far better fuse! When I tried to pay him for his kind and prompt service he refused! And on this 103 degree day, he brought out several bottles of cold water while working so I wouldn't de-hydrate. I'll be 70 in three weeks, so I'm old enough to remember going off with my Dad when dealing with various service personnel, and back in those days we'd often see these kinds of somewhat minor--but necessary--extra services tossed in, gratis. But in 2024? I cannot praise them too highly, nor recommend them too strongly for any repairs or parts. (I neglected to mention that I've been buying parts there for a year with their helpful parts department...that's why I wanted to try out their service department. I am so glad I did.)

We recently took our RV to Indy RV because we were having issues with the slide out . We had it looked at by two other people that hadn’t been able to fix it. Malin and Noe work until they found the problem and fixed it. During the process they keep us well informed on what was going on. My wife and I were very surprised how fair they were on the price to fix the slide out. We will difinitely use Indy RV for any repairs we may need in the future and would highly recommend them for any of your RV repairs.

Just bought my first RV and I couldn't be happier. With the exclusion of one of their sales associate these guys are amazing. Trevor and cadeor are solid guys that are very knowledgeable and have your back. If you're looking for an RV and want a stellar deal go see these guys. You won't be disappointed.

There's a difference between persuading people and guilt tripping people.
Appreciate the help, but we never asked to waive any fees or give us any discount. A 15yr loan is not ideal for us. $1,000.00 put you in a pickle? That's not our problem, you were the one who chose to waive whatever fee it was. You don't guilt trip people for your own decisions. We would have loved to continue business with you, but with the response that was given to us since then, has changed our decision. We will happily decline.

We took our airstream in for a mystery electrical issue. Malin and crew in the service department were great to work with and kept us well informed throughout. The trailer was fixed more quickly than expected and was returned to us in pristine condition.
