I came in with a problem with a Hertz rental car. The employee was rude and didn't take time to address the problem. The blame was placed directly on us as tenants and after about 30 seconds we were directed to Salt Lake City or Las Vegas (both about a 2 hour drive away).

Jonathan helped us out in renting a car for over a week. He was very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to make us happy.

Probably one of the worst customer service person I ever ran into. Not only unprofessional but just a piece of garbage for the way he treats customers.
