Siding was damaged, unit was not sealed, plywood coming away from framing allowing lots of dirt in. I called and requested it to be fixed they NEVER FIXED IT. Gave notice I was vacating unit, still got billed. Now 4 days later January 11th still no refund.. they are great at taking your money but not refunding it. Advanced Realty I wonder if this is how you manage everything?
