I used Carpet One during my remodel. They put in my flooring and it looks amazing! They removed all the necessary baseboards and didn’t break a single one. When they replaced the baseboards, it looked just like before. I was able to take home multiple larger floor samples that allowed me to choose the exact flooring we wanted. Ashleigh and Ryan communicated everything clearly and had exceptional customer service. They have a very large supply of flooring options. I will used them again in the future.

Giant Carpet One has done a tremendous job with selection and installation of our oak floors. We had spent over 8 months looking for a kitchen cabinet builder to renovate our kitchen and finally gave up.So we decided to start with our floors. Thank goodness that we did. Ashlie at Giant Carpet One was the key to our entire renovation. She listened, she understood and she helped us with the planning of our entire renovation. She realized how complicated our home was to design and renovate. She understood what type of style we were looking for and she was the key thatstarted us on our way in this renovation. Ashlie recommended Jon for our Counters and Jon recommended Peppermint Cabinets for our kitchen. Then Ashlie came out to our house to measure our floors and looked at the various samples we received from Giant Carpet One. Her recommendations for color and wood style plus her ideas on color paint and cabinet colors were spot on. I think she is an interior decorator at heart ❤️. We absolutely love her. Also the installers Miguel and Moses did an amazing job in prepping and installing our white oak floors. They showed up on time and the one day that they were going to be 15 minutes late they immediately let us know. We were very happy with everyone at Giant Carpet One. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We used Ashleigh and Ryan to complete a small project and it turned out amazing! Large selection of carpet, tile, lvp, and wood flooring at the perfect price. Ashleigh helped us pick out the carpet that really fit our needs and made sure that all of our questions were answered and we felt comfortable with the process. Installation was a breeze and it looks and feels amazing. I would highly recommend talking to Ashleigh on your next flooring project.

This place is the best around! Ashleigh is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable and they beat everyone's prices around. I went back and forth with several decisions and she was so patient with me. We used them for our business and are now using them for our home. I wouldn't recommend any one else!

Being honest and unbiased. Wanted badly to support local business & avoid national big box stores, but was not a good experience from the start. Requested install references & was told would be sent to me, never got them. When they came to remove existing carpet had guys who had never done it before, was told laminate would be done by 4 p.m. and guys were leaving at 7:30 pm, did not put 1/4 round on had to do it myself. Glue used to secure transition pieces was cheap and after one year of having laminate floor transition pieces are loose and planks have spacing between them. Would not recommend to anyone. Lesson learned.
