I went in with my boyfriend to get his inserts, and had my feet evaluated. I have had knee issues for 20 years, back issues and planter fasciitis. Joan was very nice and informative. She had me try a pair of shoes. Literally almost instantly my pain went away. I cried. For the first time in years I was able to go for a 4 block walk with our pain. I didn't know a pair of shoes could change my life that drastically and so fast. Thank you so much.

Great service and quality shoes. I have been going to Foot Solutions for years. They are very knowledgeable on ones feet and shoes. Especially for those with diabetes.

I didn’t know they closed at 5 so when I got there at 5:15 the door was locked. I turned to leave but they unlocked the door and offered to help. For another hour. I bought a pair of Hokas (love them) and will buy pair of Drews today!!!

They are very helpful. If you have foot pain these are great people as far as inserts etc. Kaitlyn helped me today and she was very kind and helpful.

On my way home from urgent care after hurting my foot and stopped in to check out their inventory. Joan's EXCELLENT customer service transported me back to the days when shoe shopping was important and special - helped me try on the shoes, laced them up for comfort, and gave me tips.I walked out with Brooks for me, Drews & a bottle of K5 as a Christmas present for my diabetic neuropathy-footed mom.Great prices, great inventory, great atmosphere.THANK YOU, JOAN!

I went to this store after my planter fascitis had became so bad I could hardly walk. Thank heavens I did! They offered me solutions and recommendations that were better than what my foot Dr. had offered. If you want top notch quality products that come with top notch quality information and advice this is the place!
