“Integrity and pride in a small business goes a long way!!! I ordered flowers for my aunt after her father passed and wanted to spend around $100 including delivery. The original flowers were not quite what we had been expecting... BUT the Flower Market got right back to me and they offered to remake the bouquet and deliver it again -free of charge! (please don't take advantage of small businesses unless this is truly necessary) Things happen, sometimes there are bumps in the road, but it is how the situation was corrected and handled beautifully in the end that counts.
