Went in for service. Had previously verified Vin number for recall. Was told 10 minutes after arriving that they did not have part. Said that they "had" to verify the Vin number again by me bringing the vehicle in. It's been two weeks, no contact with service department saying part was in. However, KIA sent this review for me to say how things went. What a joke! Called service department this , no answer. Phone message saying they are too busy to answer phone. You guys are not doing a good job. Customer service stinks!

GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!!!??Amazing dealership!! Our engine light came on and started blinking as we were passing through so we had to stop driving the car immediately until it was fixed. Unfortunately, it was Saturday and we had to wait until Monday for the service department to open :( but when it did, we met with Renate and she was so so amazing!! She was so helpful and explained everything, making sure we knew exactly what was going on! They were so amazing to fit us in their busy busy schedule, make sure we could resolve all issues and get back on the road again as quick as possible. I wish this specific dealership was in my hometown! Most places nowadays just want to get the job done quick and get paid, but not this dealership. They strive to provide amazing customer service and actually care to help you! They really helped us out and we are so grateful for Renate and the service guy!!

Findley Kia was awesome. Give us a very good deal on our Kia Seltos. "An offer we couldn't refuse". Sells person Mr. Edwards took time to explain all the features in the vehicle and is an all around great person.We were in and out in less than two hours. I would highly recommend Findlay Kia to everyone.

Wish there was a 0 star option. Left my vehicle there to be fixed and I got it back with nothing being done to it. The car was also returned to me with a completely dead battery which I have never had problems with before. I later called Alec for assistance as I was stranded on the road and I was told it was my fault and nothing they could to about the situation. A jump start would have been nice. I’d recommend going to Vegas or Northern Utah.

I took my car in to the service department to have a sensor looked at. They sent me home twice without doing anything. The third time I took it in they sent me home with a dead battery a problem I've never had before and wasn't the reason it was in the shop). When my car died on the side of the road I called to see if they could come and jump my car, Alec from the service department told me it's not their fault and I have to deal with it myself. Very unprofessional and their customer service was horrible.

Im so grateful that my salesman took my call, Brandon, and that he transferred me right over to address my car's needs. I was able to make an appointment right away, plus Alec/x, and parts and service were all welcoming upon arrival. Please don't wait another minute. We love our Findlay Kia!!!!! And have for almost 6 years. We have referred plenty of friends and family members because of personable customer service.

I am very pleased with my buying experience at Findlay Kia. Wyatt was extremely helpful and professional when it came to picking out my perfect car. I explained to him why I was upgrading, & he made sure to explain each detail of the Sorento to a T to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. He was very friendly & made the process an ease. I would highly recommend Wyatt again to my friends & family for all their car needs.

We have been trying to purchase a Kia Sorento PHEV for over a year and finally found it online at Findlay Kia! It was exactly what we were looking for so we put down the deposit and waited for it to be delivered. This could have been treated as a slam dunk -- done deal -- by Kia, but our salesman, Dan, went above and beyond in making sure we were apprised every step of the way on the status and estimated delivery date. When it arrived at the dealership, we scheduled an appointment and made the trip (we live near Salt Lake City). Dan spent hours with us, going over all the new high-tech features and helped set it all up so we were good to roll. The sales staff in general at Findlay were amazing, making sure we had drinks and snacks. There was some residue from the shipping wrapping left on one of the doors and Dan snagged Brandon from service who made sure it was taken care of and looking perfect for us to drive it off the lot. We highly recommend Findlay as a dealership and will certainly consider them again when buying our next car -- long distance notwithstanding! A good dealership, like a good doctor, is really hard to find--and definitely worth the trip.

I got my first car here and couldn’t be happier! Aside from having an amazing new car, the people who worked there were just as, if not more, amazing! Dan was the primary person who helped us. He took us to look around the lot, pointing out different cars and their features. But I feel he went above and beyond that of what anyone else would do. He came with me, in one of the cars, on a test drive! Though I was a little nervous (it’s a new car and an area i’m not used to), he reassured me and would point out all the cool and interesting features of the car. All with a smile on his face! It didn’t feel like I was at a dealership, but rather shopping for a car with a friend! He was so sweet and funny. Never did I feel pressured to buy a car, like how I would’ve thought a dealership would be like. He made the process quick, easy and painless! I didn’t even end up going to check out any other places!! Besides hun, when he was taking me in a tour of the property, all his coworkers seemed equally as wonderful! They would all smile and wave when we walked by. It was such a fun experience and it’s honestly something that I’m never going to forget. Dan, if you ever see this, thank you again so much!! I’m definitely gonna bring my little brother down to this place once he gets his license! :)

Was happy with my 2016 Kia Soul...until I tried to load SiriusXM satellite radio in my car. It would not work, and after a visit to the service department, I was told there was a problem with the internal hardware, and I would have to pay $900 (!!) for a replacement radio.Was able to find a place that would install a radio for me, but that will cost over $600 and I can't get installed for two more weeks!Would have been nice to get a car with a radio that worked and I didn't have to pay out of pocket for. Otherwise, my Kia Soul runs just fine.

Best car buying experience everrrrrr! Richard warned us other dealers were tacking on an extra 10-15k for the Kia Carnival and I totally didn’t believe him. I did my homework and he was absolutely right! Vegas Kia tacked on an extra 13k to their online price! We got our Carnival for the price listed and didn’t feel the need to argue or negotiate because we know we got such a good deal. Customer service is excellent! They know their stuff and can explain every little button and feature on your new car. Absolutely would 100% buy from Findlay Kia again.
