Very disappointed with my purchase at Kia so far. Bought my Kia Sorento a month ago and the motor on the passenger window went out already. Not only am I regretting my purchase but am worried that future issues will arise with the vehicle. Also have been having issues with getting through to any department at Kia when calling by phone .

Knock scensor needed replacing. The customer service was great and work was complete in a very timely manner. Findlay Kia is great!!! My only concern is with Kia itself as I have had the same sensor replaced 3 times in one year and the problem will likely happen again. I wish Kia would fix the engine instead of putting a Bandaid on it for the moment. It will soon be out of warranty and then I will have to pay to fix it

Dan worked hard to find financing and made sure I left the lot feeling comfortable with my purchase. Would highly recommend this dealer to friends and family. Thanks for all of the prework he did on financing and other paperwork I was able to drive 3hrs from Page, AZ, sign the paperwork and drive away in my new-to-me vehicle.

Had some warranty work and service done on my Telluride and they were super nice, very professional and helpful with getting it all taken care of. After going in just a few times I feel like they know me and care about my needs and keeping my car up to date with warranty and service. I was able to get on the service schedule without waiting too long. They often provide coupons for a few car wash at Tagg N Go with services as well. I have been very impressed with my Telluride (seriously love it!) and the service has been exceptional too.
The dealership is clean and comfortable with snacks in the waiting room. I didn't feel overly pressured by the sales people, and I felt well taken care of with the service after purchase.
