Went to Findlay Hyundai for the 30,000 mile service on my Elantra Hybrid. They were able to get the car serviced and ready for me at the time they said they would have it ready. The cost of the service was less than another place we had previously gone to. We are pleased with the service.

In 2023 we ultimately did not purchase our Hyundai from Findley due to the inventory shortages and some initial challenges that we had with the configuration of the purchase. However, they have been great to work with and we would certainly consider them as a source for our next Hyundai. We continue to use them for service and they have been great to work with, very professional and timely.

We were traveling interstate from Washington state and in Washington UT noticed the oil leak under the car. Early morning of 08/20/2024, we brought our Hyundai Tucson to Findlay Hyundai at St. George. We did not have an appointment and had little hope to get our vehicle to be looked at.
Travis Zaccardi met us with friendly smile and assured us that they would squeeze in our vehicle between more than 40 appointments that day.
Travis made sure that our vehicle was repaired that afternoon as we were supposed to be in Prescott AZ the next morning. Travis was a great relief to us and we thank him and the technician that got our vehicle back on the road, so we could make our appointment. Their service team was awesome and we greatly appreciate all their hard work, professionalism and commitment.

Outstanding experience in every regard. Their service team is professional, helpful and reliable. I ding one star for the poor communication and behavior of Jody. She was very rude and even yelled at my wife at one point, who then asked to speak to the manager who said they were aware of her behavior and somewhat dismissed it. Maybe it was a bad week, but it may be best to ask to speak with someone else if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Needed a tricky repair and they figured it out. Set me up with a loaner before even asking. Staff was friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.

Hyundai/Kia make some great products with wonderful warranties. Hard to go wrong especially if you can get the right price.
