I had a package that weighed. 8lbs they wanted to charge me 35$ to ship it. I could drive to where the package is going and ship it myself. Ridiculous.

This place was great! Customer service was excellent. I shipped Christmas packages and they were super helpful in deciding how to send. I was impressed with their high level of service. I’ve been to UPS a ton of times for Amazon return but the FedEx staff at this store far exceeded my expectations! If you have shipping needs they are the best.

Getting complimentary boxes to use at our pickup location. Staff were condescending and rude. Finally gave me one medium box to use for a specific shipment. Next time i will drive out to another location to print and drop our time sensitive packages. I felt so humiliated

Always excellent customer service. Even when I have questions that are not their arena. Thank you for providing guidance. I love the fact if I need to print something I can email it, send docs through onedrive and they have all the necessary packaging items to ship out my items.

So my husband & I went in to send off a package. We’re truck drivers but our truck blew a gasket & broke down. So we had to mail all our belongings home to be able to catch a flight. We took everything off our truck which consisted of 7 huge suitcases & bags. When I tell you the staff there was extremely helpful and friendly. The ladies there pushed those big boxes like they were 2 pounds instead of 60. I kept telling them I can help but they said it’s no problem & were all smiles, just doing they’re job with friendly spirits & smiling faces! I loved the good spirits bc it helped the process go by smoothly. I appreciate you ladies & great job! I recommend this establishment to everyone! Go check em’ out! Five stars ?

Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever had. The "manager" Mike is extremely rude and did not ship our package as we asked (very time sensitive). We triple checked with him and still was not shipped correctly. After finding the package did not deliver after spending over $600, all he did was cut my wife off on the phone when she was speaking and was dodging us when we asked for his managers number. Very disappointed in this one person's actions, which looking at other reviews, is the same experience we had with this "manager". FedEx needs to correct this employees behavior immediately before losing more business.

If you need to spend alot for the service and speed use FEDEX instead of USPS. You get what you pay for and I've about had enough of deJoy and his USPS nonsense. I needed legal documents overnighter to Long Island. Delivery signed for at 9:30 a.m. the next day. 1 hour sooner than advised. No brainer.

Not only is the manager inaccurately enforcing policy, he is rude in doing so.Making a mistake is ok. Being rude is not. Making a mistake while being rude and having a manager badge is how you convert 7 year business accounts to UPS.Being the only full service FedEx location, we're not forced to explore other options where we normally would not wish to.

The store manager Mike was very rude I was talked down to for helping move my bag I was shipping where I spend over $500 in shipping expenses to be treated like garbage. My company ships a lot of equipment through fed exUPS now has my business.

It has to be the worst UPS store in the nation. Rude, incompetent help. Long lines, zero communication. Don’t waste your time by going to this location.
