Debra helped with an order today. She did not see the part number so she went out of her way to call another company, and had it shipped to their store. The other company would not sell to me directly. She went above and beyond with customer service.

The only reason I give 1star is that there is not an option for a negative selection. This retailer has the audacity to package their items in two or maybe five piece packages in order to sell you the next size package which would be 20 or more for instance. I bought a bottle of loctite. Later I checked the receipt and saw they had charged me 300% more than regular retail. I took it back the next day unopened and was told that they had a no return policy. Show me the posted sign that says so. Nothing posted so they made the return but charged me a 30% restock fee. Most unfriendly retailer I have ever dealt with. Never again will I visit this place. And to add to all this you must have an account to even purchase from Fastenal. How ridiculous. The most unfriendly people on the phone and at the counter. Go to Ace Hardware, you will find just what you need without the ridiculous markups.

Who closes from 12:00 - 1:00?? Your a supply store, everybody, needs your supplies. Lunch time is the most efficient time to get those supplies. So you decide to close down during the most needed time of the day? I bet somebody with a fancy college degree has some asinine reason for this.

This place no longer sells to individuals. Tried to buy a few items and was turned away. They must not want to be a business anymore. What a terrible decision for a company.

Staff is super helpful. Roberta comes on site to stock and she is awesome! Our shop supplies are always in stock for what we need and keeps out guys rolling!

As the Purchaser of a local shop in town that does high volumes Fastenal has really helped us consolidate the amount of places we'd normally have to purchase from. Their online ordering is super convenient. And most of the time they provided us with same day delivery. The staff is super knowledgeable whether we bring a part in to match up, or if I call on the phone. To explain exactly what we are looking for they usually decipher with ease what we need. And I'm more times than non impressed that they stock what I need. You definitely get the personal touch from everyone at the store.

My boss owns a business here in St. George and decided to go to fastenal to buy some supplies for me . As it turns out they have been shopping for the products online then doubling the price and charging him for shipping when most of the sites these products are available on offer free shipping. Thanks fastenal !!!
