I had a disappointing experience at Fantastic Sams in St. George, UT, and I feel compelled to share my honest review. Despite the convenience of making an appointment, the online reservation system was dysfunctional, indicating everything was booked up. Upon arrival, we discovered the system wasn't working.During our haircuts, the manager, who was also my stylist, spoke negatively about a competitor, Great Clips, praising Fantastic Sams. This unprofessional conduct left a negative impression.After leaving my son for his haircut, I went next door to wash my truck. Upon closer inspection later, I noticed significant issues with both our haircuts. My son's hair had visible step lines and uneven bangs, while mine did not meet the standard I expected.The takeaway here is if you're going to criticize competitors, ensure your own work is impeccable. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this location, and I've never encountered such extensive issues at Great Clips. My experience at Fantastic Sams in St. George fell far below expectations.

So Glad I finally found the right salon with the right hairstylists. The listened, I got an Amazing haircut and they were very courteous. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about this!
