Creepy manager at the sunset location. Horrible service don't buy anything from this place!Plus looking at the other 1 star reviews and seeing the company calla customer's repeat liar's is completely tacky even for a pawn shop owner!!!!!!Most business's respond to 1 star reviews like a little humility!

Brought a vintage wedding ring in to get a general idea of the worth – Was told less than $50 in gold and wasn’t worth much more with the diamonds on it.After shopping around to see other opinions, it’s clear they are being dishonest to hope you sell your item at way less so they can profit huge.I get it, you’re a pawn shop – But when I have the ring appraised at several hundred dollars for the gold alone, and several THOUSAND for just the diamonds, it’s clear you’re trying to rip me off.Then, they respond claiming I had a receipt from Kay jewelry – This was a family inheritance item! I never claimed it was worth thousands, but whatever you have to say to make yourself look good.

Super clean facility and nice employees! It was my first time into a pawn shop, and they really did a great job of explaining how everything works! Plus there prices are great! I got a Nintendo switch for way cheaper then I could find anywhere else! I’ll definitely be back!

I spent quite a few bucks at this joint and was not expecting to get so badly ripped off after doing so. Specifically, I bought a big tool kit, golf clubs, ammo, a fat bike, and some rings in one visit. Since it all wouldn't squeeze in my car, they said it would be kept safe overnight until I could return to pick up the rings and something else the next day. Upon my return, they claimed that those silver and tungsten (not cheap) rings were not there, but in the tool chest I bought...LIARS! I know for a fact that I left them there and still searched the tools as well as everything else and my suspicion was confirmed.I am most certainly not ever doing any business with Family Pawn shops ever again. Ever, ever, eva!!
