I try not to take par in Fab Fred’s as I have had such poor results on my car from spots and window smudge.Today I really needed an interior vac. I’m senior over 60’s so it’s not as easy anymore to do it your self.The young man Jace brought my car over when completed. He kindly asked if everything was up to my approval.The bugs were still on my bumper, he apologized and took it back to clean. Came back with such a happy positive outlook, asking for my approval.I was amazed by his performance and kind caring concern.I give Fab Fred a 10 today, I hope they find more employees like Jace. Someone that cares about what we expect when paying $25/$45.My tip doubled to show my appreciation.Thank you Jace.BMW4/20

Just wanted to acknowledge the great worker I met named Jett. I went out to pump my gas and he greeted me with the most genuine smile and was a great conversationalist while washing my windows WITHOUT being asked! Great worker and genuinely made my day better!

I have been meaning to write this review for a month now... to thank the young man named Jent or Gent who was so kind and helpful when I was visiting from out of town and stopped for gas. He offered to pump the gas for me, and wipe down my car while I ran in to use the restroom, etc. He asked where I was visiting from and wished me a safe trip home. The employees inside were also very nice and helpful young adults. And it was refreshing for this senior citizen to get such personalized care.

I haven't washed our truck in two years, so I took it to Fabulous Freddy's and got the most expensive wash they offered. The crew of 4 worked tirelessly and did the most amazing job cleaning our truck! The vacuuming was absolutely spotless. They cleaned everything, including all glass, mirrors, dash, carpeting, seats, doors, etc. Our Tacoma looked like it did when we left the dealership back in 2016! One thing I noticed was the instrument panel inside, where the speedometer was located, was really dusty before the wash. After they were finished, it was perfectly clean in there! Don't know how they got the dust out, but they did. It was definitely worth driving out of my way to get the best car wash EVER!!!

We had a coupon for a BOGO dippin dots, regular/medium size. I paid $6.95 & checked the price on the board because that seemed high. It was listed as $5.25 for one, so I asked why I paid almost $7. When the cashier put it in their iPad it charged me $1.26 for the 2nd one. So not actually “buy one get one free” if I had to pay $1.26 for it. Yes it’s just a dollar but it was frustrating that the cashier wasn’t willing to actually give it to me for free, and because that’s false advertising if I had to pay for my “free” item. So annoying.

Buying the 10 car wash package is a ripoff. You return for the more washes, and the car wash is out of order.

I made an appointment online for a mini detail for 5 pm. When I arrived no one even knew there was an appointment on the books. Ok, so they had me drive my car through the wash and to the vacuum station. I sat there until 7 pm when I got a call saying they weren’t going to get to my car. I told them I’d be back the next day at 5. The girl said she’d leave detailed instructions. When I showed up no one knew anything about it. Asking me for my tag from the day before. The tag was not on my mirror when I left the night before. I said don’t you have the records. So lo and behold they did. The worker wrote up another tag and took it out to the detailer who then came in and asked for my receipt or to look at my bank statement. I showed him but at this point I just wanted my money back. No sorry we can’t do that. I know things happen but was extremely disappointed in the way this business handles its service.

I paid over $200 for a detail. The windows had rag marks on them. I thought I was getting a steam clean under the hood and it was just oil to sprayed everywhere. I had to take a rag and go back over the inside which was exactly why I had somebody else do it for me.

Scotty and his crew did a great job removing hard water spots from our truck. It looks new again! They are fast, friendly and very detailed.

Just had my car washed there the bottom half was left filthy the windshield was left filthy it’s crazy I just spent $23 for a exterior wash and my car still looks like it wasn’t washed. Very upset.
