I rented a home in the Sand Hollow area from ERA. I would NOT recommend renting from them. I do not find them very trusty worthy.

I have been working with ERA for the past 6 years. All of the people that I have worked with have been very helpful and professional. They have been taking care of my unit as I would, when there are issues they call me and it is taken care of quickly. I would recommend ERA to anyone who needs a property manager.

It’s been a few months since I rented with ERA and I feel like I should leave a review after my experience. Overall, ERA was great. This was the first time in 20 years we have rented, and ERA was great. The homeowner (Nick Lang)was absolutely horrible and would show up at the property on a weekly basis harassing us. I would hope ERA would drop this client so it doesn’t give them a bad name.The house was not in good shape when we moved in, but ERA filled all our requests in a timely manner and were amazing. When we did move out we honestly left it better than when we moved in and received all our deposit back minus a small carpet cleaning fee.I would gladly rent again from ERA and recommend them when asked.

Worked with Lisa to sign lease for our place in Springdale. She was kind and professional. When we had issues come up and requested maintenance I was contacted by Judy who was accusatory and very rude. My roommate and I both have issues in our unit and they have done their best to place blame on us for the issue. Started by stating that the reason my toilet leaks is because of toilet tabs that “I” placed in the toilet (I didn’t, they were in toilet and under my sink when I moved in.) Or asked my roommate why she needs to open her blinds (blinds aren’t staying open.) Put in maintenance request three weeks ago and nothing has been fixed and nobody has reached out to follow up. Our lease states that this timeframe is unacceptable. Classic rental property situation, but expected better from ERA.

Judy Jolley and Lisa Nelson were both awesome! I worked as a resident assistant for a year at dixie cove and to keep it short would say that expectations were always met and there was never a lack of communication. I was treated very fairly and would highly recommend them as property managers.

Judy Jolley is the worst landlord I or my family have ever worked with. She is a liar and will do anything to screw you over while avoiding doing her job in any way shape or form. I will never work with this company after my experience with that winch.

The ERA Brokers Consolidated company is so ready and eager to help us with our rental home. They are efficient in getting things repaired and manage all communications with the renters. Above all, the advertisement and showing of the rental is a huge hassle we don't have to deal with. I would strongly recommend this company to manage your rental properties! They're great!
