Vehicle was rented from the Sandstone Fixed base operator in St George Utah, I have an Enterprise loyalty Number which I provided to them. They somehow got my Natioal Rent a Car loyalty # and put that on the rental agreement, I called the Enterprise number when I didn't receive my points and they said there was nothing they could do. So I just lost the point Enterprize points. Another disapointing encounter with Enterprize last several it was no cars available. Going back to Hertz.

The car it's self was great. However I left a bag in the back passenger seat of the car. As soon as I realized it I contact customer support. They submitted a lost and found request. I also then contacted the location we rented the car from (Saint George, Utah) and told them I left a bag in the back passenger seat of car and they told me there was not a bag in there when it was turned in. I explained I know it was there because my husband told me not to forget it and I did anyways. I was also told that their employees would not have taken it and the car had already been rented out so who ever has the car probably took the bag. So that means you guys did not inspect the car, clean or sanitize the car properly when it was returned or the bag would have definitely been found sitting in the back seat.

The crew at Saint George Airport did a great job. I only had a brief wait while they hustled to get a midsize SUV cleaned and ready for me. A special thank you to Catherine. She went above and beyond and provided excellent service. The vehicle was perfect. Spotlessly clean and in good repair. I thoroughly enjoyed driving it for two weeks while I visited 4 National Parks. Thank you Enterprise for providing exemplary customer service as always.

Rented a Mazda CX-5 for a few days visiting the Grand Canyon and Zion. The car was in great shape and seemed well taken care of, and the check in and check out process was very easy. Thanks to the hard working folks at the airport Enterprise!

Decent Experience at Enterprise St. GeorgeMy friend and I had to make a last-minute reservation at this location after facing a disastrous situation at the Las Vegas Enterprise, where our previously confirmed reservation fell through due to overbooking.Upon arriving at the St. George location, the staff was able to provide us with a car as per our new reservation. However, they were unable to assist us with any of the issues we faced in Las Vegas, which left us feeling disappointed.While we appreciate the St. George Enterprise for honoring our reservation, we couldn't help but feel frustrated by their inability to help with the problems caused by their Las Vegas counterpart. It seems that communication and coordination between different Enterprise locations could be improved to provide better customer service.Overall, our experience at the St. George, Utah Enterprise was satisfactory, but the lack of assistance with our Las Vegas issues prevents us from giving them a higher rating. We hope that Enterprise as a whole can address these concerns and enhance their service quality in the future.

The Enterprise car we rented in Las Vegas had a blown fuse so the DC accessory outlet/cigarette lighter didn't work. After trying and failing to replace it on our own, we detoured to the St George Enterprise location. After explaining our situation, Robert grabbed a pair of pliers and saved our trip by replacing the fuse!

We rented a Yukon and reserved it months ago. When we arrived the Vehicle wasn’t ready so after traveling all day we had to wait on them to find it and clean it. I feel like it should have been ready. It wasn’t that clean and there were things missing and broken inside. I have rented from enterprise on several occasions and always had a great experience, this was disappointing.

Unfortunately the employee Steven is extremely undertrained. If your a employee of a business you should actually understand said business. This person acts like he understands and goes through the motions. But is at a deficit in the knowledge department. Here he is standing looking as if he is working. I would skip renting from here, until they find better trained employees to work the front desk.- UPDATE - I received a call from a women named Chad. She stated she is the area manager. Although she responded to this review seeming helpfull. She informed me I will no longer be able to rent from Enterprise because I left a negative review. Be prepared if you leave a negative review, they are actively banning you from renting.
