“We just had Poll Sound install a complete sound and video system for our Church in Mesquite. We could not be more pleased with the service, installation and the professionalism of the entire crew. They met and exceeded all expectations, from initial estimate to the training for the system. The sound quality and volume are perfect for our room and those who had trouble hearing in the past can now hear and understand the music and speakers. We have a very poor acoustical room had it has always been a challenge to get the sound "right". We highly recommend them for installing new or updating existing systems. They took time to help us understand the best equipment for our building and saved us from overspending on items that were overkill for our needs.Thanks Poll Sound for a great installation!”

“If I could give more stars I would. This customer service experience was unlike any other. I went in to see about upgrading my phone, and Evan gave me the deal of a lifetime! I ended up leaving having spent under my budget, with more than the phone upgrade! I got devices for my husband and me, watches, Airpod Pros, and even an IPad! My monthly bill is going to be *less* than it was, with all of those devices! Evan was so easy to talk to and truly made me feel valued as a customer of T-Mobile. I was thoroughly listened to and taken care of. These folks at T-Mobile (especially Evan) are actively trying to save you money rather than make money off of you. I didn't feel rushed, I was comfortable and left feeling like a million bucks. If you're going into this store for *anything* ask for Evan. He will provide a wonderful experience for you, especially if you're someone with social anxiety like me.”

“New chocolate icecream is really good. It was very backed up at around 615 pm. Very unorganized in the numbers coming out. The wait for an icecream was 40-45 minutes. Others around me was the same.
The guy serving pizza had great customer service. He had a mild tone of voice when handling frustration from people about the long wait on the pizza. Props to him!
