I live in Boston and ordered my mother in law an arrangement online on Tuesday 8/8 for delivery on her birthday on 8/9. I got a called shortly before 2pm EST on Wednesday 8/9 that they only deliver to Mesquite on Tuesday/Thursday. I was annoyed because this was not mentioned on their website and I selected the day I wanted it delivered no problem. I said fine please deliver first thing Thursday since it will be a day after her birthday and her grandkids want to see the gift they sent their grandma.Fast forward to 8/10 I called the store at 5:20pm EST because my mother in law still had not received her birthday gift. I was told their Transit van is in the shop but not to worry it will get to Mesquite today. I said your closing in less than 3 hours and you don’t have your Transit van so what are you going to do if it does not arrive? I said I will call back @ 7pm EST. Been calling the store and the fruit experts are not picking up.Beyond frustrated and so are my kids who wanted to FaceTime grandma to see the gift they got her from Edible Arrangements. They simply ruined that for them and my mother in law.

I went in to place an order a day ahead. When I arrived the next day at the appointed time, the order had not been created. The counter person apologized, and I waited 40 minutes for my order. At least, the fruit was fresh! The event scarfed up every bit of it! ?

You would think two day 's before Mothers day they would of made up some bouquets of fruit to sale, was only by order ahead only. So guess I went to Bundt ? it was delicious

What a great lunch we had for our 39th anniversary ! I requested a booth and mentioned it was our anniversary and what a surprise to see a big HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to us on the menu/placemat!! Fish tacos appetizers were so good we ordered them as a main. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Service was excellent. Glad we had reservations as it was full and the booth was comfy.They even gave us a crème brûlée dessert gift

So incredibly thrilled with my experience with the local edible arrangements! I would I could remember the reps name because she went above and beyond. Not only did she get the order done on short notice, she did so with a smile and was a joy to work with!

This edible arrangements location is amazing! I ordered my husband a fruit bouquet as a get well gift after his heart surgery and it was stunning! All the fruit was fresh and tasted so juicy. It made his day, (and mine)! I also got the variety cookies and they’re so chewy and good! I’m a picky person so if you want an honest review look no further! Order from these guys!

My order was taking a bit longer than expected, I told them it was no trouble and pulled out my book to read while I waited. One of the employees came out to apologize for the wait and gave me a free fruit cup! It was delicious and great to munch on while I waited. This place is the best.

Pretty ok service. I understand for Mother’s Day they would be busy. But they have like a ready to go fridge with premade arrangements for you to buy without making an appointment. But instead of ready to buy premade arrangements they were storing pickup orders in that fridge for other customers so instead of 4 ready to go they had 3 pickups that weren’t available for purchase. The fourth one that was ready to buy was in there for so long the employee didn’t even know how long it had been in there. I don’t blame the employee helping me, just terrible management and management structure. Also very overpriced for the convenience. If you want chocolate covered strawberries or an edible arrangement just make your own.

My wife and I wanted to surprise our daughter with something nice. And well she was surprised she got the arrangement with no card. We got a notification that she received it. And it looked like there was a card in the photo. So when receiving the photo we added a $15.00 tip. We got no response from our daughter which was a surprise. She tho there boyfriend sent them. After finding out he didn’t she called the store the next day. And they finally told her who it was and delivered the card. It ruined the whole surprise. Why pay for a card and arrangement if they don’t know who is sending it. And so far no response from the store after sending them an email. Customer service and accuracy is not a priority I guess.

The order arrived before 5pm. I mentioned to the store that my bf receiving the gift leaves at 4pm and asked to please deliver the order before 4pm and still order arrived late. Also, balloons were missing with the order…:…My boyfriend said the fruit was delicious.The store gave a refund on the balloons…

I got only half of my order I have called the local shop twice to try and rectify it and they have not answered the phone, so I left two messages still no response.Edible Arrangements refunded the entire order for me on the 20th due to the mix up, but I had to wait for the Facebook rep to tell me as I use credit cards for most of my purchases, I missed it.
