Shopped online and all over town. Found the best deal on a quality mattress at Downtown Furniture. Even more impressive was our interaction with the owner, Josh. He took the time to makes us feel more than first time customers. We came in strangers and left as friends. Thank you for a great experience!

My only regret was that I wasted an entire day looking at other furniture stores-I should have started here first. Downtown Furniture is my new favorite furniture store-and it should be yours too. Joshua was incredibly helpful when my wife and I wandered in looking for some very specific items. He jumped into action (literally-he's got so much energy!) and showed us a few pieces and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. We decided on a couch, a bed set with mattress and night stands-all to be delivered the next working day, which happened to be Labor Day. On the date of delivery, we got a phone call at the anticipated time and the movers arrived to deliver our purchases. Not only did the deliver, but they assembled the bed too-a chore I was not looking forward to, and was much appreciative of them doing. They were professional and took care to not damage the doorway with the heavy items. Our new furniture looks terrific and I'm so glad that I didn't settle elsewhere and continued my search into Downtown. I'll be back!

Best prices in town, and great quality furniture! We shopped around for a couple weeks, and knew the couch set that we wanted when we stopped by. They didn't have them in store, but we were able to order them with Mason in store that day. The couches were shipped in about two weeks later, and they delivered them to the apartment the next day. Very happy with the service and the prices. Will be stopping by again. Thanks Downtown Furniture!

Awesome customer service and amazingly priced furniture. We got our entire bedset from here and when we called with an issue the guy who works there immediately came to our home and fixed it for us. He was even willing to provide us with more alternatives if it wasn't fixable but we were totally okay with him fixing it for us!! We recently went back to get another piece of furniture and will go back again in a couple weeks. Absolutely love this place and it's employees. As well as it's pricing. We will always recommend this place to friends & family. Will hopefully update with photos of each piece(:

We bought a lift recliner, supposed to be there best seller. Called the day it was delivered and. Told them of problems. Told they would get back to me. 2 weeks later after calling 2 more times, I went to the store and made a fuss. They tried to put me off again. When I got mad he came to the house barely looked over the Chair and then told me I waited to long to get ahold of them. Long story short, they had no intention to honor any kind of warranty.

They have a great selection of couches. All of the couches are a really good price. After looking at other places in town and not loving the couches or the prices we came to downtown. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Delivery was super fast. Would definitely recommend.

I had the most awkward space I needed a couch for and did my best to pick one on my own, but these guys came up with something BETTER!! I LOVE my couch! I was so happy with their service and quality of products I ended up getting a bunk bed with mattress, dining chairs and a TV console as well! They took excellent care of my family! Highly recommend this place!!
