Dixie Tubzz has always taken great care of us. We unfortunately got a defective tub insert when our house was built that was not worth the money and hassle to replace. Tyler has always been willing to come help us repair it and is always kind and professional. I literally don’t know what we would do without him!

Usually I would leave a review for the job a business did, but in this case I am leaving one for the work they didn't do. You see I'm the the kind of person who can obsess over the smallest of things and in this case it was a hairline crack in my tub. Tyler came to inspect the crack and completely put my mind at ease. Rather than lie just to get another job on the books, he wasn't afraid to tell me that it was just a cosmetic problem and posed no real leak issue. After talking it through together I decided to leave it be, but was grateful for Tyler's expertise in helping me to make that decision.

An older jetted tub in a home I recently bought did not work. The fact that there was something not working at my new house bothered me, but I didn't want to spend a lot to fix it. Called and made an appointment with Dixie Tubs and Tyler arrived on time and efficiently addressed the issue and fixed the tub. Best of all, it was less expensive than I had feared. Great company to work with! Tyler installed our jetted tub 15 years ago and did a great job. After 15 years, it had a small leak. He came over right away and fixed it quickly. He was professional and has the best customer service.

Tyler was wonderful to work with! I had a crack in my tub and he knew exactly how to fix it! He showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and why. After he finished, it looked as good as new! I was very impressed. I will definitely use him again for any future repairs or services needed!
