They have bone marrow!! I was so excited to hear that a local business has bone marrow. The ladies there were super nice and helpful with my purchase. The shop was clean and presented beautifully.

I swnd my mom to go get a couple of t bone steaks for my bday and they tell her these are the best of the tbones charge her 40 for 2 and its nothing but a ny strip with a bone the whole filet side is gone. Good way to take advantage of an old lady who is trying to buy good cuts and she gets ripped off. Will never go to dixie meats again, shame on you por work ethic

USDA Prime prices for Select/choice. Got a ribeye and new York, between the grisly NY, and the rib eye with 0 marbling if I closed my eyes I couldn't tell if these were bought at Walmart or dollarstore.

OMG! I was complaining to a friend about the awfulground beef I've been buying and I was told to go to Dixie meats in St George. I bought 10 lbs of ground chuck and it was fabulous. Not one piece of gristle in it. I've eaten burgers for 3 days and can't wait to make . Chili NO MRNA !!!

Tried the sausage today disappointed for the cost. Kind of mealy good but not great flavored, flavor is kind of weak. Kind of dry. Was disappointed!!
