The folks at Dixie Diesel were awesome! While visiting St. George, I ended up having a fuel issue with my Ram 2500. Dixie Diesel was able to get my truck in, diagnosed, and repaired quickly to get me back on the road for my vacation.
I would definitely take my truck to their shop again - if I have issues while I'm in St. George!

Real happy with the service from Dixie Diesel. Had a serious cooling issue on my motorhome and Dixie got on it right away. Left St George for the upper Rio Grande valley in southern Colorado and the temp gauge barely got over the halfway mark coming over Wolf Creek Pass. Highly recommended.

There were really nice, but not very organized and it seems like what they were telling me was always changing. I dropped it off Monday morning and they told me they would reach out and tell me what they found by the end of the day and that it would cost about $75 to Diagnose it. I didn’t hear from them at all so I called on Wednesday and they said they would get it to me for sure by that night and I got nothing! Then Thursday they called and said they would send the quote right then, this time I actually got it but I decided to go somewhere else because if it took them a week I didn’t want to find out how long it took them to do a head gasket on my Duramax! And when I said I didn’t want to have them do it they said that they actually did more testing and that it would cost $160 just for looking at it. I don’t have any problem with their pricing, it’s just the fact that it was always changing and they never did anything they said. I’ll take my truck somewhere else.

I was stuck on highway 15 in st george , my truck was broke down i called Dixie diesel , mechanic comes there with in 6-7 minutes. I recommend everyone call them when needed. Service call cost was very reasonable.

I honestly wish I could give more stars. In my 9 years of driving a truck, I've never seen any place treat drivers so respectfully, from the mechanics, service writers and the owner. The workmanship was amazing, and value for the money. I truly believe my company (FCC) was billed fairly and honestly for the service provided. I will do business with these folks time and time again

Had trouble with my 2016 Ram 2500. The staff at Dixie Diesel found the leak in my cooling system and fixed it fast. They even picked me up at the hotel I stayed at the night before. Highly recommend them for all your Diesel repairs.

Keeping it short:1st week: Nothing done or ordered2nd week: Called every other day,-- Monday: Them: "sorry it is hard to find parts", me, "Okay, can you please get started on parts you can find"-- Wednesday: Them: "sorry it's hard to find parts", me, "Okay, but what parts can get ordered", them: " I'll go check and call you back" .... Nothing-- Friday: Them: "sorry it's hard to find parts", me, "Okay, but what parts can get ordered, so we can get started", them: " I'll go check and call you back" .... Nothing3rd week: Called every other dayMonday: Them: "sorry it's hard to find parts, let me check the progress, I'll call you back", me, "That is not okay, I need something started", them: "So sorry, I'll make sure our guy calls you in the morning." ... NothingWednesday: Them: "Hey sorry this is just a hard truck, we've ordered some parts, it will be a few days until we get them", Me, "Great, which parts could you not find?" Them: " I don't know, I'll go check and call you back" ... Great shop. They'll get you in, and get right to work. They had everything in stock and even came in $100 under quote. Honest people doing quality work, hard to find these days.

Came here for 1 steer seal and bearings replacement on my SEMI.No offense to the guy but Technician was very slow, seemed like not enough experience. Maybe other guys in the shop are better Idk.In extremely expensive California this job cost $390 with parts and labor.This shop changed me $628. 3 hrs of labor $140 in hr. May be that's why they are so slow. There is other shops in the area, do your research before you come to this one.
