I called ahead of time and asked Brandon for what I needed, I really wasn’t sure but he was able to guide me through the process and made sure I made an educated purchase. Excellent service and will be returning for any battery related purchases in the future.

Great service!!!! I have never left a review in my life but want to spread the word that Dixie Battery is the way to go! Jerry was friendly and went the extra mile to clean all the corrosion off everything before putting the battery in! I literally sat in my car and he took care of the rest!

Dixie Battery Exchange is a very reputable business. I thought I was doing a good job of DIY maintenance, but Jerry kindly showed me what I was doing wrong and I feel much more confident now. When you buy a battery from Dixie Battery Exchange, you get their great customer service for the life of the battery.

BIG shout-out to Dixie Battery! I got an Interstate Battery with a 5 yr warranty and a new battery ground clamp for less money than the lowest grade battery with a 2 yr warranty from any of the parts stores in town! Thanks Andy for the professional service!

Had to get a new car battery. Liked the experience. Staff is friendly. They also took my dead 6v UPS batteries for recycling at no charge. The place itself looks a little run down (sorry guys!), but don't let that turn you away. It's a good place for all things batteries. They can usually get you up and running in about 10 minutes.

The only place to get a car battery in my opinion! They are super face at changing out the battery every single time I have been there. Customer service is top notch, very friendly!
