I ordered some Tusk Panniers from Dirt Parts online through ebay. Two weeks later they still haven't shown up!! No reply when trying to contact them! Seems to be a scam! BUYER BEWARE!! They deserve no stars.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a Redcat Tornado S30 Nitro RC car on ebay because they claim they are a certified reseller of Redcat products and they were one of the only sellers that had it in the color I wanted.
First, there was a bold, red, note at the bottom of the page saying that the item was on sale for $189.99 with free shipping but when I added it to the cart and tried to actually purchase it the total was coming up the regular price of $199.99. I emailed them and asked why it was not giving me the sale price and they blamed the manufacturer saying that they made them raise their price and they have to sell it for a minimum of $199.99. I thought this was probably a lie but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and purchase it anyway, it was only a $10.00 difference. Being that I emailed them, I know they are well aware of the fact that they have it listed as a sale price and have made no effort to change it on the listing which leads me to believe that they knew it was there all along and do it on purpose as a marketing scheme. Lying and cheating customers is bad business.
Second, I purchased this car on 01/25 and on 02/01 I emailed them to ask why the item still has not shipped and where is my tracking number. I got a reply that blamed the supplier. They said it was shipped and due for delivery this week and that they contacted the supplier for a tracking number. 02/04 I emailed them again because three days to reply with tracking information on an order that I placed a week and a half ago should be plenty of time. I should have already received the item and I am still waiting on proof that it even shipped yet. They replied with almost the identical email about it being shipped and asking the supplier for a tracking number, but now they said it was due for delivery before 02/09. Well the first email said it was due for delivery this week and the second says by midweek next week. If it was shipped when I originally emailed them than how did the shipping date change so drastically in 3 days? It was obviously not shipped when I emailed the first time and I believe it was still not shipped at the point of the second email. 02/05 called them again to get a tracking number, someone actually answered and said it was due for delivery on either Saturday 02/06 or Monday 02/08. Monday rolls around and it is still not here so I call them again until I get an answer and they tell me it is on the truck for delivery today and that FedEx delivers until 7:00 pm so it will be here. Guess what, no delivery on Monday. Tuesday 02/09 I get multiple emails from ebay and paypal saying my order was cancelled and my money refunded. No explanation from them or anything. I am so disgusted and annoyed right now. Why take my money, bother to lie to me about it being shipped for a week and then refund my money? I just wasted two weeks waiting for an item that was never even shipped. Now I have to reorder the same item from a different seller and wait for them to ship it again.
Third, they have horrible customer service and communication. I have called the store several times, different days, different times, since I placed the order and no one answers and there is no voicemail to leave a message. They do not respond to any questions through email, they just send a generic it was shipped, will be delivered this week and we will get a tracking number response. They take your money, do not ship the items, do not give you answers when you inquire about your purchase, blame the shippers the suppliers and anyone else they can think of for their lies and laziness. This is a horrible company and I do not recommend anyone purchases anything from them. I am quite disappointed that ebay allows them to get away with this.

Dnt ever buy a thing from this disgusting business, I bought an axle from them, have it only a month & I bent it so I emailed them,tried calling them & they haven't gotten back to me, they sed they will replace it if I bust it but they never return my emails or calls, I am furious, paid 200bucks for an axle that only lasted a month, how can ebay even let my be in business with such a bad rating, they are the most disgusting business I ever delt with.....

These guys are horrendous! Trying to get in touch with them regarding a botched order and no body will answer the phone or return emails. I NEVER write reviews but until they return a call I will keep this review up. Don't order....no matter how good the price is.

BEWARE! Aweful. Paid instantly for an item i ordered, got an email a couple days later stating the item had shipped. Waited over a week and then contacted them for tracking info. They assured me that it had shipped and they would have their shipping dept email me the tracking info. 2-3 days later still no tracking info, I inquired if the item had even been shipped yet. They once again assured me it had and suddenly i got tracking info(that was created the night before!). The item just shipped, yet they had my money for almost 2 weeks. Horrible way to do business!

why can i give no stars horrible. you should have seen the packaging they sent my MOTORCYCLE TUBE IN...WTF...WISH I COULD POST PIC HERE..BASICALLY A FLAT RATE ENVELOPE WITH THE TUBE ALL SQUASHED UP INSIDE...LOL EVEN THE VALVE STEM WAS STICKING THRU THE ENVELOPE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!

Worst place to buy from. Ordered ron woods exhaust paid for it instantly and have yet to see it weeks later. Called the guy numerous times and he said it would be their the next day every time. Complete failure I hope he goes under so he stops scamming people. lets hope I can get a refund from this guy at some point or will he fail at that too. Guess no raceday for this guy!

These guys are SCAM ARTISTS!!! I bought a Warn 4000MT winch from them on E-Bay back in early June 2013, paid for it instantly and have yet to see it. (Middle of January 2014) After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they have blamed it on E-Bay and their shipping method
. Avoid this company like the plaque!!!

Do Not buy from them. They are not honest and tell you one thing and do another. I was told to ship my defective pro billet kickstand back and they were going to warranty it. Instead, they send the same one back 3 months later without replacing it.
