Awful! We purchased thousands of dollars, like 11,000.00. We've had problems with all of it. We've been incontact with the store many times over 3 years. There's always an excuse not to come, you don't hear from them for months at a time. Our dresser and 2 night stands drawers don't even fit or work properly. They were going to "fix" them by exchanging the tracks. Haven't heard on that. The drawers sit in crookedly so that won't help. The expensive Serta mattresses have rolled, have defects like flattening with in a year. Our adjustable bed will vibrate even when the cycle is over. It knocks and it gets stuck in positions so you can't get out of the bed, it just doesn't respond to the remote. It's taken years and the delivery guy/manager told us to lie to the warranty company and say it happened in the last 6 months. The warranty company denied our claim because it wasn't timely. He admitted that he NEVER looked up our account to see we had the extended warranty for our bed. I think they kept dragging their feet, so our store warranty ran out, and they didn't fix a thing. Well, they exchanged mattresses with some that are also defective. Do not buy furniture here!

My wife fell in love with the Atwood Amish bedroom furniture that was available here. Even better, it was on sale. We had an amazing salesperson, Elizabeth who went out of her way to answer all of our questions. Her customer service was superb! We highly recommend doing business with Designer Furniture Gallery!

We had initially gone in here and spoken with a girl with the last name Campbell. She was super nice! We went back a week later to buy a mattress and pillows. An older lady told me she didn't k ow anyone by that name and it felt shady. We bought from her and her attempts to up sell were very obvious and childlike. We called again because they had a mattress sale, to buy a queen size for our motorhome. We went down and there was no sale. Same awkward lady was there and tried to up sell again. We left. She text me and told me that she'd be willing to work on price with us because she'd rather lose money than a customer. I went to another place and the mattress was almost 600 less. I sent her a picture of that and she never wrote back. I feel if she could've made the price better to accommodate a customer, it should've been while I was there. Not after I had left as a way to lure me back.

Moved into my house last year and furnished it with furniture from Designer Furniture Gallery. They have been really helpful and have helped me choose the appropriate furniture. We live in Las Vegas and were unable to find the exact recliner we wanted there. We found Designer Furniture online and requested a quote. Not only were they able to custom order our recliner, but kept us informed every step of the way. Sara was awesome to work with. Would definitely buy there again.

I bought a gorgeous sectional here a couple of years ago and it was very high quality. Unfortunately it was too big for my living room, overwhelmed it, but the sales woman was fantastic about taking it back. They have the highest quality furniture in town, and are super helpful. They don't have rock bottom prices, but you get what you pay for. Very stylish pieces and a good selection.
