He acted like he didn't want me in his shop. I think it is because I didn't ride there on a motorcycle. I wanted a black jacket, but didn't even bother looking at them because of his poor customer service skills. I won't go there again.

I got stuck running out of front pads on my Triumph Bonneville. As an Australian I didn't know where to go, but fortunately I found Desert Thunder who organised for the pads to be delivered there, even though they only deal with Harleys. Tim refused my offer of payment for his effort. He is a credit to the business community and the biker brotherhood.We extended our stay for an extra 5 days to spend more time in St George as a result.

This isn’t a review, so ignore the star rating options.I ride a Honda VTX 1800. The reviews regarding treatment of non-Harley owners are both troubling and disappointing. Bikes are just machines to me regardless of who builds them, but I would appreciate seeing some positive reviews from other rice-burner owners like me.

Hands down Tim is the best motorcycle mechanic! If you only want one repair done... GO SEE TIM! He will get it done right the first time. I took my Street Glide that my Pop's left me in to Tim. I had been looking for the right place to give the bike the love and attention it needs. I knew it needed tires, a service, rocker box gaskets and a battery. I asked Tim to lay his eyes on anything that might need some attention. He did several other things to get this bike back in peak shape. Tim stayed in contact with me and was exactly the right guy for the job. I brought the bike home yesterday and she is renewed and running incredibly. I will recommend this shop over and over. I didn't know the bike was in need of so much until I rode it after the work. Came into town for a family motorcycle ride.First hour out crushed the exhaust pipe .. called the shop and explained we needed a quick fix.. he mentioned he didnt work on dirt bikes .. I asked if He coukd refer someone to help us .. ive never been treated so rude and abruptly Total j*** . Would go near that shop ..
