Time: I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and picked it up the very next Tuesday. I feel they were very time efficient.
Communication: as soon as I booked an appointment online they called me to talk about what I was wanting and to verify with me. After dropping off my car, I got 3 texts during the week with updates on how it was going.
Cost/ convenience: luckily I was not paying for the service it was through someone’s insurance. That being said, there is an enterprise car rental right next door so it was very little hassle
Quality: my car came back looking as good as new. I have 0 complaints here. Before the service they walked with me around my whole car and took photos of everything I needed fixed.
Service: everyone was very kind and time efficient, no complaints here.

They never call back. My pickup has been with them a month and the change order on the repair occurred with no communication. I still don't even know what was done. I am not sure of their work because I am still waiting on my vehicle with no response. Even my insurance company is wondering why they won't call them back. I will update this after the visit but so far I am NOT IMPRESSED!

I cannot say enough good things about Dealer Collision! I did some major damage to my new Grand Cherokee and after three months of waiting on parts and waiting on Dodge to put the suspension back together the insurance company decided it was going to go over and said they were going to total it. Ashley went above and beyond to work with them and figure it out and get me my vehicle back! It looks fantastic, they stayed in touch all the way through the process and even put a new washer pump in after I picked it up and it stopped working-pretty sure they did not have to do that! Everyone there has been so great and helpful- and everything they fix is guaranteed for life. All in all they took a huge mess and turned it into a happy ending for me (and my Jeep)- 5 stars definitely!

Their customer service sucks. Took 2 months to repair my car and even then it wasn’t done right. You know when you go to a place and the receptionist looks at you like you are bugging her.. yeah, that’s this place. No thanks.

I had only heard good things about this location prior to my car accident in November of '21, so I wasn't too concerned when my insurance told me to take my vehicle here for repair.
Now of course, this review is solely based on what my experience has been ...meaning that I am obviously not an auto body expert or a mechanic of any kind.
I was disappointed with how my car turned out after I picked it up and only figured that out a few months later. I knew that I needed to replace my tires after the work was done, so I went to Big O in Mesquite and they told me that my alignment was so dramatically off that I needed to have some serious work done. I told them I was just in a car accident where I was rear-ended at a high rate of speed, and they asked me if my frame had been adjusted or fixed when I had it fixed. Dealer Collision never mentioned anything to me about my frame or that any issues existed with my frame or my alignment.
I called Dealer Collision back and told them what I had heard from Big O, and it seemed like they were very reluctant when they invited me to come back and they would check the alignment. Of course, I drove back up to St George and had them check the alignment, and they told me they didn't see an issue. I wouldn't expect them to considering I just had the alignment done at Big o.
My concern is that my vehicle was not inspected thoroughly enough directly after the accident because I have had two more mechanics since then tell me that my frame is off. I'm certainly not going to spend the money to fix that now out of my own pocket, so I feel like the entire experience was less than desirable. It's also extremely frustrating because I was hoping to trade in my vehicle but it is now worth considerably less not only due to the accident itself but also because the alignment needs to be fixed every 2 to 3 months.
Bottom line: if you are concerned about something or feel like something isn't right, ask questions and push for a resolution. Had I done this at the beginning, I wouldn't be in the position I am in right now. Unfortunately, these days, you truly have to fight for what is right, and no one is going to help you out unless they're pushed or forced.

The collation center got my car in quickly. I am so pleased with the service, I liked that I was updated on the progress and the finished results are amazing! My car looks so beautiful , thank you so much. Their work is top notch and the quote was lower than a competitor.

They quoted me one price, then doubled it apon pick up without warning, dealer collision center is an extremely unprofessional, poor excuse for a business, take your repair needs elsewhere, you'll save yourself alot of money and trouble.
